I really enjoyed the car the I got from them, it was clean and new and easy to pick up and drop off. I’m giving one star because they lied about their full charge. They told me if you want to fill it up with us upon return, it will be $4.17 a gallon, but they charged me triple the amount what I should’ve been charged instead and no one at customer seems to be helpful and solving this issue. Probably never renting with hertz again.

Never will i use hertz again.charge me 530 and then a 250 fee if nothing happens i get back.then when i return the car 2 days later without a scratch and i get my receipt the total comes out to $843.53? !? !? ! How? !? ! That was never explained when i picked the car up! Worst customer experience ever.scam of a company

If I could give one star I would after getting to my car and it not working the manager and another employee worked one lady’s problem while I waited in line again I told manager there was problem with car as opposed to taking my word for it he decided to work me back to car!

Extremely rude staff. Would not honor agreement booked through priceline. Drove an hour and a half What a bunch of jerks.and on Christmas when Southwest was melting down.

Luckily, very nice and friendly service at the National/Alamo desk down the way.

Hertz = bunch of jerks, very rude
National = helping out to make sure we could make it to our Christmas plans after our flight was cancelled.

I was desperate for a rental and did not notice the sales rep charged me for insurance that I did not need. She did not ask me if I wanted the insurance. Shame on Hertz and its employees. Why price gouge customers and act so unethically. I will never use them again.

No one answers the phone at this location. You can call 10-15 times and you’ll never connect.

So I just got off the phone with "Chuck" with a freaking attitude from the minute he picked up the phone. And get this, he's says he's the manager, wow. If I spoke to my customers in the same condescending way he spoke to me, I wouldn't be in business.
Dont want to give them my business but its close to my trip, but I'm going to try like hell to find another place to rent an SUV.

Called to see if I could change drop off location, not worried about having to pay extra they denied the request. My flight got switched to a time that Hertez isn’t even open at this location. Asked to speak to a manager and they told me their was no manager available. What a great business

Never again will I be renting from you guys

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Boarding started at 4: 30 and they don’t open until 4. No notice, nothing. Absolute awful experience. Don’t rent your car through Hertz.

I had a rental thru Hertz, I called and spoke to a rep. I had a 6am flight, and needed to drop off the rental by 4am. The rep informed me the office will not be open at that time and per representative's instruction; I was to park the car in front of the Hertz building. Next, I was instructed to drop the keys to the rental inside the secured Dropbox. I arrived on my return date, followed instructions and proceeded for my flight. I received a call from Hertz indicating that my rental was LATE 2 DAYS! Hertz took my deposit PLUS CHARGED ME AN ADDITIONAL $150.00 DOLLARS! Furious is an understatement. I called to speak with a Manager and he gathered my information. His name starts with a "B". He collected all my information only to tell me that since my rental waa closed; there is nothing he can do but contact BILLING. HOW DO YOU INSTRUCT CUSTOMERS TO DROP KEYS IN THE DROP BOX AND PARK THE CAR IN FRONT OF THE BUILDING THEN CHARGE THEM LATE FEES! WHY ARE RENTAL KEYS SITTING IN A DROPBOX FOR TWO DAYS TO LATER BE PICKED UP AND CHARGE THE CLIENT LATE FEE CHARGES! #LAWSUIT

Set my alarm for 2 AM to return my car in time to be at airport 1 1/2 hours before flight boarding at 4: 40 am. Pulled up to Hertz return at 3 am. Gate closed, does not open until 4 am. No way to return car or get shuttle to terminal. Renting from Hertz for 25 + years and this has never happened. Always been a way to return a car 24/7. Really dissatisfied. Additional info - they gave me the wrong contract and now are not returning calls to fix the issue. Terrible customer service here.

This hertz location has the absolute worst customer service of any rental car location i have ever been too. Poor attitudes and zero customer service skills. Back talk and disrespectful mumbling to the customers

Be careful of the extra charges they give, which are very vague. Especially FPO! It's a lot like they charge you $6 per gallon to fill up the car when you return the car. Even I return fuel full 8/8 out 8/8 in still being charged $ 126.79 No response to complaint, future car rental company I would never consider

I just would like to say that Ms Christina and Mr. Ben are two of the best employees you guys ever had they are kind they are respectable they’re funny they have great personalities and very very great customer service they’re always helpful and doing everything they can to get you in a rental car an I love that I really respect and appreciate them both! ️

This review is for Leticia from Hertz Car Rental. I had a car rented through Dollar under my fiancés name. We were having issues with Expedia and Leticia made the whole experience much smoother. She was friendly, accommodating, and very informative. She helped us resolve our issue with our rental which was truly much appreciated! Thank you so much for your excellent customer service!:)

I rent from hertz all of the time using my chime credit card. But for some specific reason this hertz location absolutely refused to take my card and even try to see if the system accepts it…as soon as I handed the lady the card she handed it back and said she can’t use it she didn’t check to see if it was the card I used to make my reservation which I made on the phone with a hertz representative after they’ve told me one the phone chime credit was accepted just not the debit cards. I tried explaining that I verified on the phone and have a history of renting with the same card and she just dismissed me thank god Alamo car rentals took the card with no prejudice and I was able to be helped by them I will never use this hertz location again just because of the unnecessary inconvenience she didn’t even want to check with her colleagues just unsatisfactory the be more descriptive it was the older Indian/Iraq lady

Staff was chatting casually with customers for 20mins + while there were already long lines. Golf members are supposed to get their car without the lines through desk but this is not the case in this location.

They require a flight ticket for debit users - these conditions are not stipulated at the time of booking
