Is there no one in that entire area that will work weekends? And why not have a drop box for after hour returns?

Do not deal with this office they are very unprofessional and they steal money from your bank account even if you didn't rent the car the woman in the office is rude and should not have a job at all after stealing money like she does

The lady at the front desk was extremely rude and Impatient. Didn’t answer any questions. I had been trying to get a rental from them for two days before switching to Enterprise. I do NOT recommend hertz. Very poor customer service!

I made a reservation online but the staffer either didn’t see it or the online system doesn’t communicate to local branches well. The staffer also had the most defensive personality of any customer service rep I’ve ever had. She could have opened with a simple “I don’t see your reservation but let’s get a car for you anyway, ” but she was nearly arguing with me within moments of walking in. This wasn’t an isolated “bad day” because I received the same treatment when I returned the car.

Terrible customer service! The hertz rental car broke down and they did absolutely nothing to help, when it said online that they had cars.

Hertz rentals is a good and reliable company and is there when is needed, with different cars to choose making you're experience unforgettable.

After my Hertz rental suddenly started having engine issues and not accelerating up hill / breaking down I tried renting from this location to see if they had cars available to exchange. They said yes come in and pick up the car. I call back 5 minutes later all of a sudden the car is “spoken for” and not even rented by anyone when we told them to put the car on hold. Worst customer service I’ve experience and I wouldn’t rent anything from this location. Watch out for these crooks.

Hertz personal are worthless at helping anyone with their accounts. Hertz logs you out, won’t let you back in so they can charge the higher rates.

Apparently dropping off your car at 8 in the morning on a Monday is a big hassle for the girl at the front desk.even though that's literally her job. And dont park in the wrong spot when dropping off they have an issue about dirty cars being parked next to clean ones. If you need to rent a car, in the area Enterprise is much better to deal with. They actually help you instead of just sitting making complaints in front of a computer screen.

The usual great service. Great customer service.
It is now 2 years after my review, and I have to say nothing has changed.
In fact, it has improved. I get excellent service with a vehicle and excellent customer service from the entire staff.

Had to get a rental car due to my car needing to be repaired. I was put in a very clean, and new Buick. Pam and Kendra were amazing, down to earth, and helped every step of the way. I ended up needing to extend the rental for another 6 days and it was handled headache free. I will be coming here for all my rental car needs in the future

Go anywhere else! The manager (not a singular bad employee) will scam you and not mention hidden fees. There are other rental places in town, any of them will be significantly better!

Horrible customer experience! Rudest employee ever & judgemental! Had nothing but negative & rude comments to say! Not helpful at all.

Very costly and took an hour to prepare (clean) the car on arrival (45 mins!). Preplan and go ahead atleast 30 minutes if you are running on a tight schedule.
