18Hospitality is A1, the ladies are super cool and patient, Dakota is who I’ve dealt with the most, she very professional n great customer service skills. All the ladies are cool.
Booked to puck up at noon drove all the way there onky to find it closed at 12: 15.whrn booking was not told they would close at noon.talk about disappointed and frustrated.
Yesi made it quick and easy to get my rental on my lunch pick up and drop off was a breeze!

We had a reservation one month ago. Plus an appointment at 10 am we were there before our appointment. HOW FUNNY.the girl she told us oh I Don't have a car for you guys yet. I guess that explains everything. Definitely I'm not going there and I won't recommend them.we end up spending all day looking for a car to rent
I don’t recommend going to this rental we were going for a long trip and needed a 7 seater we booked the car before the day we were going and the next day they call me and say no cars are available because all my 7 seater cars are broken and try to give me suv.
Nice experience. Ladies were great. Handled reservation pick up in minutes with not a single problem even when it was 20 minutes before closing on the weekend. Car was what it was suppose to be. Will always go to them from now on.
Representative and manager were super rude. Manager was on speaker phone and said "tell her she can leave and to have a good day. " I had a reservation, money in my account but they wouldn't take same day debit payments. I had $1500 cash, they wouldn't take that and instead of calling corporate and even attempting to work it out, they basically kicked me out. Hard pass. Too many other rental places to deal with that hostility. Good riddance to yall n I hope hertz corporate treats you guys appropriately.
Was given a price and then changed the price when delivered the car back. Horrible customer service.
Brought the car back with more gas than when I left and they charged me for gas 9 dollars a gallon guess they need to make more money off you
Very unprofessional at the place of pick up. Not to mention the falsified documents they tried to pull.will be following up with a legal team
The place was hard to find. We made many wrong turns trying to find it. They don't do vehicle inspection. I did and took pictures. I was given a total charge with breakdown and they charged my card like $150 more.
If I could rate it -100 I would. These people are the worst in the business had paid online for a suv to get there and be told they only had cars.never got my 1200 back even reached out to the company never heard back. DO NOT RENT HERE! Very unprofessional and rude. Had to go to enterprise and spend another 1400 thank God for enterprise.
Absolutely worst service ever. Hung up on me 5 time while trying to call them.don't waste your time or money, go to Enterprise.

Tried to rent from them but instead of answering the phone (when I tried to call prior) or reaching out to me to let me know they didn’t have the vehicle I reserved, I was told this upon arrival.
I had to Uber there then Uber back because I didn’t have a vehicle to leave with. Waste of money and waste of time.
Zero stars for Hertz @ Modesto, Motor City. I have never felt so mistreated and taken advantage of by a company. Somehow I was not allowed to use a chime card to finish the payment in store, even though I was told to bring the same card I used. They wanted to charge me $500 to cancel the reservation. When I became confused and wanted clarification on how I could keep the reservation they got frustrated with me and just stopped dealing with me, I stood in the store for 20 minutes without being asked a thing, watching other customers being helped. They are only open for 2 hours on Saturday just to scam people, this place needs new employees who care a little bit about the customer, I’ve never seen such a careless employee as the one I dealt with, she was pretending she didn’t know I needed help while I was being nothing but polite. Her colleague asked her about a reservation she was supposed to have made with a customer on the phone and she sat there and denied making the reservation like she didn’t remember and basically saying “oh well I didn’t do it don’t know what to tell ya”. This immature employee doesn’t understand the weight of the words she says when paying customers lose hundreds of dollars and their form of transportation for a week. I learned the hard way but I will never in my life be using Hertz for anything again. Unless I found out they cleared house and got real employees.
Got the rental through my car insurance after an accident. I called and talked to hertz several times extending my rental because my car is not fixed due to metal shortage. Just got a call on labor day of all days saying my car is overdue. WTH? !
This is one of 3 Rude females in this place! They make this place loses soooo much money! She tells you one thing. Then when you come back she says something totally different! Then the 3 of them go in the back laughing. You can totally hear what there saying about you. After I was there for 4 hours. Plus being a aaa member and them making the reservation for you. They add sooo much stupid fees and find it a joke. I will never rent from them again. Nor have aaa as my roadside assistance. I would post no stars if I could. I called the corporation they want to give me gold membership with points. So least something done.but I will never go back there again. Even the guy who works there said if I would have gotten him. There would have not been any reason for me not to be taken care of right away.
