Please don’t booked with these people, I went there today to switched cars as I was having issues with my rental, and immediately the guy on the counter I believe his name is armando was hostile and dismissive told me he couldn’t before I explained my issues and returned my car. When I was actually requesting another car do to safety issues with the brakes. Then he brought another man who was also giving me the bad vibes and short with me. I finally got someone on the phone to help me, and filled a complaint. I’m waiting in the morning to report all of them the to hertz headquarters.

Had a reservation for a Jeep Cherokee SUV. Upon arrival they didn’t have an equivalent and were unwilling to upgrade and they claimed they didn’t have any cars.
Walked to Alamo counter, and they took care of us completely. Alamo even gave us a free upgrade.

Customer service is non existent here. Good luck getting the rental you're looking for, much less the help for an efficient process.

Be careful when reserving a vehicle online here at the Fresno Airport, they changed their vehicle size now. Also, the vehicle I end up getting was not as described from my reservation.

Most important thing is that the vehicle I got has fur and hair all over the inside and white stains on the doors and seats. There was a VERY bad odor in the car and it made my kids sick after riding it in for a hour.

I know they do not detail or clean these rental car as we may think and COVID is not their concerns from the way they do not clean their vehicles.

Be careful renting vehicles here and always use disinfectant wipe to clean the whole inside before you let your family in the vehicle. See some of the pictures below that I took.

I flew into this airport on a Sunday and this was by far the best and easiest experience with enterprise I've had. Fast and smooth service with both getting and returning the rental.

I was stuck in the Fresno Airport and had reserved a car a few days prior. I had a special accomodation and confirmed with a customer service rep over the phone that this would be no problem. Unfortunately when I got to the counter at the airport the customer service rep wouldn't assist me at all. He cut me off before I could say a full sentence. He said, "Sorry Ma'am but Airport policy says we can't do this. " I was upset and would have prefered to be treated with some respect and not dismissiveness and eye rolling. Luckily, the next car rental kiosk, Enterprise, was able to communicate and help me find a solution. I was so pleased that there was another option and that I was not suck in the airport in the middle of nowhere, thanks to another car rental company.

Yesterday our car broke down on our way to Yosemite for a wedding. The car was unable to be fixed that day, so we opted to rent a car to make it up to Yosemite. We had purchased the car online (recommended by one of the associates when we called) and when we arrived we were helped by Brandon. Brandon was polite, efficient and helpful. He was able to update our drop off location to our home town, give us a discount and get a car to us within 10 minutes. Brandon make the experience easy when everything else that day was not. Thank you Brandon!

WORST SERVICE! Never using this company ever again! With my company we booked the flight and the car rental when I arrived they made me wait for over 45 minutes and gave the another car that had several mechanical issues the worst part is that they won’t refund!

I would give zero stars if allowed. I called because I needed some information before I rented a vehicle. I was unlucky to reach a representative (Mathew) on the phone who seems to be very ignorantant, rude, and has absolutely no client service skills. Trust me I know because I have been a manager for Hertz in the past and if Mathew was one of my representative I would of dismissed him immediately for his interaction with a client. Step up Hertz and look for quality individuals to run your business. Sorry to say you lost a rental to National rental because of your agent.

Great experience here at Hertz! Bryan was a great help, understanding, Very professional, and accommodating. I would 100% recommend renting a car here at Hertz Fresno Yosemite National airport! Thank you again Bryan! I will be booking with them again in the future!

READERS TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!
Extremely disappointed ️ We called to extend our car rental they double the price but when we went to the counter at Yosemite airport they were able to extend the car rental for the same price but gave us a mean attitude all of the hertz employee are careless and will not provided any type of customer service. Not to mention when we received the car driving out of the gate of Yosemite airport a bar of fuel was already gone so unfair. I just called again 3 days later to extend the car rental since my car is still in the shop they said they were too busy and to call back. This is so bad I can’t believe you let employees like this work for your company or is the company this terrible. I will not be recommending this company to anyone.

This Hertz has an 'unwritten' policy that they will not accept the Apple card specifically, even though it is a Mastercard issued by a major bank. When asked for the policy document, they had nothing to show. Apparently this relatively common tech, which is accepted almost everywhere, is too much for their antiquated systems to handle. Not doing business with Hertz after this terrible experience.

We got our rental car from thrifty. Their service is really great. I forgot my phone holder in the car after we dropped off. They helped me get it back. Really helpful people.

Inflexible and rude.

My flight was delayed and then made up time, so I arrived earlier than expected. They made me stand around and wait for an hour instead of adjusting my reservation time.

Had reservation and no car ready when I landed. Told it would be an hour wait and this is for gold star members. Horrible service!
