This place is absolutely the rudest to customer, on pickup they where not ready today on return the main guy was yelling at my with my nieces in the cars. All due to her not knowing where to park. This place doesn’t care one bit about customer service not to mention the banged up cars they give. Very rude to and old Hispanic grandmother with children in the car. What kind of training do these people get. 0 stars want to run and hide inside and not apologize to my mother. True “professionals”. The car was soaking wet and wet and was dirty beat and the upholstery. Document your pickup or you will get charged.

Very deceitful employee. Never returned my phone call over a charge that was made. Then telling the insurance company a completely different story when we picked up the vehicle. Just know that Hertz will no longer be a preferred rental car company with my insurance company. Maybe next time you tell a paying customer that you will look into the issue and call them back, you’ll actually do that. Very poor customer service. I’ll make sure to let everyone I know not to to rent from Hertz.

Haley was so friendly and helpful! She took the time to thoroughly go over everything with me and answer all my questions! She is very personable- she gets 5 stars!
4 stars because there was no air conditioning (they had fans) and also because Haley's boss came across as very impatient with her when she needed help with something (they were having problems with the computer that were outside of her control- Haley stayed calm and collected the whole time).

I had a horrible time trying to get a rental. They did not accommodate me at all. I will not be going back here

My husband just left here. They claimed he damaged the car. He had pictures showing the damage was there when he picked up the car. Dated and all. The manager flat out refused to even look at the pictures and said he never should have taken the car. Horrific customer service even when evidence was attempted to be shown proving the damage was there first. We will be refusing to pay because the dates pictures are proof. Do NOT return or get a car from here. Manager does not follow normal rental protocol.

Arrived. Scolded for arriving late. They had given my car away. Half hour lost waiting for replacement to be cleaned.
Returned. Scolded for where I stepped out of car (I stopped at the gate because there is a sign saying employees only beyond that point.).

Service like I have never experienced before!
Booked a reservation online, received an email confirmation, went to pick up the car with an Uber and NOTHING was available!
I had lost 20 min of my time and $25 in Uber for no reason.

A month later they ended up charging my card for the full amount of the rental even though I was never able to pick up the car. I had to call and wait on hold with multiple different people for about 40min!
Finally got a refund 2 weeks later!

Had a car reserved for noon pickup. I arrived five minutes late, and the doors were locked. Attendant rudely refused to open up. It cost me an extra $140 to find another rental on the spur of the moment (without a reservation).

Sivo and his team were awesome to my inlaws when they had to rent a car while their car was being fixed. Their rates were almost $175.00 less per week than Enterprise (yes, you read that right). We highly recommend this location.
