6Its a busy place and they need more staff. The day I was there, it was hard for them to keep up. But, the service was worth the wait.
Jessica, are the best Hertz's representative, very fast acting and smart understanding the customer needs.
Jackie and Bryanna were amazing! Great customer service and personalities. Definitely made this process smooth. Only thing is they gave me a car with bad brakes and the oil light came on.
When I returned the car to Hertz, Kimberly assisted me I was running behind and she was kind enough to work with me in order to get our business resolved I appreciate her professionalism and I am happy that hurtz has her on the team as I believe Kimberly is a great asset

This is THE WORST rental place I have ever been to or had to deal with. They have no customer service, don't care what you get, do the minimum to no work, and refer to other locations or numbers when you have a problem with their vehicle. And then they either don't pick up the phone or put you on hold forever plus give you the run around. Such a waste of time and money and that they are still in business is very questionable.
