Mira was very helpful and provided good customer service. She worked hard to give us the best possible deal. She’s very friendly and made the car buying process go smoothly. The manager, Nick was also very kind and helpful and ensured us that they wanted to work with us to get a deal we wanted.

If I can give 10 stars to MIRA I WOULD. I can't thank her enough for making this happen for us. Hands down the best service I've ever had. She has a bright personality and my family and I loved her! I had plans to visit other dealers but she made it impossible to do so. Thank you again Mira for everything. My son loves his new car! I will be referring my friends and family. Ask for MIRA!

SCAMMERS! I sold a car to this dealer on a Saturday and was told to come get my check on Monday. I called Monday to be told there’s a delay and it won’t be ready until Thursday. I called every day of the week to see if it was ready and every time was told they’d call back and NEVER did (including their general manager). Finally on Friday I called again and they said they’d call me back. The rep called to tell me that after inspecting the car, they would NOT honor their original offer. I had already signed the title away to them and signed paperwork with their quote. I told them that it was very unprofessional of them to drop their offer after having me sign the car away to which they didn’t care. It’s not my fault that they didn’t do a better inspection of my vehicle before they purchased it. They dropped their original offer by $1700 after making me wait an entire week for my check. DON’T SELL YOUR CAR HERE unless you leave with the check same day! They play the “bait and switch” game!

Recently, my husband and I had the pleasure of leasing an Infiniti QX60 from Sierra Infiniti, and we must say, it was an extremely positive experience. Every staff member made sure the process was smooth. Jason, the sales manager, was incredibly patient and made sure we were happy and got a good deal. Christine in the finance department was very professional and made the paperwork process feel like a breeze. John and Guillermo were exceptional in acquainting us with the features of the car. Mira was also very helpful in finding a car that met our requirements, letting us test drive, and scheduling our appointments at the dealership. A huge shoutout to the entire Sierra Infiniti team. They genuinely go above and beyond for their customers. If you are considering getting an Infiniti, we highly recommend Sierra Infiniti.

I received excellent service from Mira! We happened to see the car online & she was attentive & kind the entire time. Mira also already had the car pulled to the front & ready for a test drive as soon as we arrived (this was a time saver)!

We talked about the details of the car, options for financing & all of my questions were met with clear answers.

They were helpful, accommodating, and provided both a comfortable and open car buying experience. I can not express how rare that is and my partner and I are glad we purchased from them after dredging through other, to be frank, unacceptable dealership.

Title: Extremely Disappointed with Service and Professionalism

I recently brought my five-year-old, used Infiniti vehicle into the dealership for servicing due to a concerning engine noise. Despite my extended unlimited miles warranty, the experience was far from satisfactory.

The issue started when the service representative took our car in without conducting any diagnostic tests. Based on our layman's guess of a possible timing belt issue, they prematurely submitted a request to the warranty company for a new engine, costing $20,000. This decision was made without any concrete evidence or thorough investigation into the actual issue, which is not what I expected from a professional dealership.

When asked about the cost of running a diagnostic test, the service representative gave a vague range from $2 to $2000, which was highly perplexing. It felt like communicating with them was a struggle, as they were constantly beating around the bush.

My suspicions were confirmed when the warranty claim was unsurprisingly denied. The service representative admitted that they receive a commission if the warranty covers the required part replacement. This admission hinted at a potential conflict of interest, which was further emphasized by their lack of evidence or proof regarding the supposed engine issue.

In the end, we decided to take our business elsewhere and consulted a local mechanic. Their diagnosis revealed that our car needed a camshaft replacement, not a new engine. It raises questions about the dealership's intentions when they insisted on an entire engine replacement without reasonable justification.

To add insult to injury, after giving them the green light to remove the oil pan, our car started leaking oil upon its return - a problem we never faced before.

This ordeal has cost us not only unnecessary out-of-pocket expenses but also our trust in this dealership. The dealership's unprofessionalism and seemingly dishonest tactics have left a bitter taste in our mouths. We will not be returning to this dealership for any future services. I strongly advise others to be cautious and think twice before seeking their services.

Tuan Nguyen, my service advisor, was great. Also, the technicians behind the scenes did a great job as well. I was afraid that if I went to Ontario Infiniti, they might ask me to change my engine again. LOL

Got a lexus Rc 350 with 20k miles 2015. Mira taha was able to get the car where I wanted to be in a nice comfortable range.the addons the can negotiate on. I had bad experince with security systems in the past thanks to there understanding they lowered.knowing I drive 4 hours to come there the car had a battery drian they caught due to the radio so they are going to replace it before I even get the car brand new system.thanks Guys!
