Steve from Hi-5 Appliance Repair was top notch. He found a way to fix the filter in my Thermador Refrigerator and worked hard to find a solution that would save me money every month for filters. I would highly recommend him. Very professional service.
If any else needs fixing I will hire him to fix it.

So happy I chose to have Steve at Hi-5 come out and troubleshoot my refrigerator. My refrigerator had been making some very odd sounds intermittently. I actually recorded the sound and sent it to Steve and he was able to determined the likely part that was the issue. Steve came out with the part installed it, but then determined that the source of issue might be the logic board instead. Of course we couldn’t replicate the issue when he was here. He gave me some additional tips for further troubles hooting and sure enough a few days later I confirmed the problem is the logic board and not the damper. Steve is a smart and honest appliance technician who could easily have installed the part that would not have fixed the issue. I plan to have Steve come back out and replace the logic board. Fair, reliable, honest, methodical and an expert technician. I would highly recommend hiring Hi-5 for help with any appliances issues.

Difficult diagnosis for Steve on our Kitchenaid 5 door Refrig, but Steve researched the model and was able to diagnose and fix the electrical harness issue plaguing us.

They will tell you in total transparency if you would benefit from a repair or buy a new appliance! Great people!

We had a reach in refrigerator that was not cooling efficiently and another one that was not cooling at all. Steve came out the next day and did an excellent job of diagnosing the issues and we worked together to come up with a plan so we would be back in-service for an upcoming event. Steve was knowledgeable, personable and a real pleasure to work with. Hi-5 will be my first call for future appliance repairs.

Very curtious and efficient. He explained what the isssue was and what had to be fixed on the icemaker I have. I will definately use this company in the future when the occasion calls for it.

My built in microwave started making popping sounds. I originally scheduled a repair person from Angie, who charged, quite a lot, to tell me that the motor was fried and to get another microwave. The challenge soon became finding a microwave (my profile GE was discontinued) that fit the dimensions. No options, no plan B. I searched for microwave repair technicians and saw great reviews from High 5. Steve was on time. Quickly diagnosed the problem AND had the parts. He really made my day and my microwave is fully functional. I sincerely could not be happier with the outcome!

Its always so difficult finding a good fridge service technician! But Hi-5 was was easy to schedule, very knowledgeable. I contacted them based on a number of great reviews I had read. We had Steve come to properly diagnose fridge issues. He was very informative and honest about all aspects. In the end we opted to replace fridge bc the repair would have been very costly. Definitely would recommend Hi-5!

Steve is a gem! He came on time, professional, smart, savvy and saved us! He came to fix our fridge, saw that we should have it under warranty and recommended that we call Electrolux to fix it since it would be a pretty penny to fix himself. Also, he assured us that this should not happen to our less than 5 year old fridge. However, if the warranty does not cover (which i’ll find out tomorrow), I’ll be calling him back to have him fix it. Second, as he was on his way out, i asked him about my gas range because the left front top would not start, i’ve been managing without it since I have a 48’’ range. He looked it and fixed it. Then he reminded me that i said something about the griddle having problems. He looked at it, recalibrated it and it FINALLY worked after having worked only 1 time in 5 years. He is just salt of the earth, goodness in humanity. I would bring him back in a heartbeat for anything else in my house. Hi-5 is 10 stars!

We have been having a hard time looking for quality appliance vendor to dispatch our work orders to, not until we get connected to Hi-5 Appliance Repair. They respond to work orders well and what I love the most is their proactiveness and effective scheduling. They are indeed professional and they do quality work! I highly recommend them.

Steven did a great job, did up front research to understand which parts to bring and then very efficiently fixed our refrigerator water dispenser. Would definitely refer and use again.

I called to arrange for them to come out and repair our washing machine. When I told him the error code, he said I could easily fix it myself and explained how to do it. I appreciated his honesty and willingness to help out a customer without making money off of it. Not all companies would do that!

Fixed my oven on the spot and was done in less than an hour! He showed up at the beginning of the window and was very clean, quiet, and professional while fixing.
