I went to hi lite hair salon and I loved it it super fun the people are really nice and the person who was attending me was the best person ever her name is
AMY and she is the best I totally recommend her, I got package 3 and it was $70 IT WAS TOTALLY WORTH IT

Staff was supper friendly and welcoming! Very relaxing and the staff goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and get the best scalp wash/massage.

I went to try the viral video scalp massage treatment. Was it relaxing? Yes. Was it worth the cost? Not in my opinion. The treatment itself was nice, but the hair stations were right in front of the massage stations so it was still noisy and took me out of relaxation-mode. Once the treatment was done, the blow dry was done by my technician but I saw that she is an esthetician, not a cosmetologist or hair dresser. It was a really rough blow dry and NOT a blow out. They used drugstore hair products, which are fine in general, but not what I expect at a professional salon of any caliber. On top of all of that it was cash or Zelle only, which was not super convenient for me personally. If you’re in the area, it’s fine, but definitely wouldn’t go out of your way for this place.

I’ve been trying to call this place for days to book a appointment, The mails box is full! What, Why, How how can they do a business they don’t take appointments on line either ans shows no pricing…… Wow

So, so underwhelming. I came here cause of tiktok and it just felt like two tiny hands rubbing softly around my face and scalp without any real knowledge of how it should be done. I’ve been to a lot of skincare places so maybe I just have higher standards but the facial was not a facial. They didn’t apply sunblock on us after which is a red flag and my scalp massage was far from relaxing.

Came to the Hi-lite salon today. First of all, I appreciate the specialists who served us well although there were some steps missing such as asking if customers wanted to put toner on their faces or not. Otherwise, we were extremely disappointed with your receptionist. He was unprofessional, impolite, and disrespectful to customers. Whatever customers did or said something, even they transferred tip to salon's account, please do not stop customers for checking if they already transferred tip or not. We do not own you guys any money for your work. Tip is an American culture, customers leaves tip for prove how pleasant they feel with your services, the amount of tip is proportional with specialists' works and their altitudes. Once again, please make sure your receptionist being trained well with good altitude and not talking behind the back of customers.

This was such an amazing experience! The girls were all so sweet, thoughtful, and thorough! Super clean on the inside and it smells great. I will definitely be back soon! (:

Got the package 4 scalp treatment for $90 and it was worth every penny. It was so relaxing and I left feeling so clean from my hair and face.amazing service! Vee was the sweetest and gave an amazing service. 10/10 recommend and I will definitely be coming back.

HORRIBLE PLACE!

This place has the most unprofessional service EVER… Lady at the front desk was very RUDE once we walked in she didn’t even acknowledge us with a welcome and said you have an appointment which appointment was scheduled since Thursday, she then said I called you to confirm your appointment and no answer of course because they have my number incorrect due to there staff. She then had us wait to start the service and then comes back to say no service can be done. Very unprofessional! Don’t recommend this place!
