I love how easy it was to work with Hi Solutions to automate my home. I especially love my lighting and automated shades. I’ve been a customer for 5 years, and will continue to use them for all my home automation needs

Marvin was kind, professional and knowledgeable. He first came to provide his professional advice on where best to install each device and estimate. Marvin went the extra mile to make sure my wired RING install was perfect. He also made sure I was set up on the APP and everything was working correctly before leaving. Porter 9the other guy) installed the other 3 ring devices. Marvin also said I could call anytime if an issue came up. I appreciate the great service.

My relationship with Hi Solutions began a decade ago. I called them out to my home (OC CA) and I was so happy with their suggestions, installation and implementation, I sent them to my parents home in La Quinta, CA. When I sold my home and moved to Nevada the new homeowner called and engaged Hi and he loved them. Then, I asked the team to come to my home in Reno and they did. I have since referred them to two of my friends building custom homes and they have loved them. My dad loves them so much he has asked them to come to his home on the east coast to replace a very expensive system with their simple solutions.

That is the key right there. Hi Solutions can be as simple or complex as you like. I am a techy guy but there is an elegance to a simple solution like Ring + Sonos + Lutron all nice and tidy in my iPhone Home Kit. If you want or need the Control4 type systems - they can do that. I did not go that way but have been thrilled with the quality of the products installed and most importantly the quality of the service provided.

Long story - but we moved again and who did I call first? Hi Solutions. Longer story - we may move again and I've already told them to get ready to load the van.

Yes, they are that good.

Installed: Sonos, Samsung TVs, Lutron Switches, Eero WiFi, Ring Security, Ecobee and Nest thermostats.

UNIFY installed my home NEST camera security system. They completed the installation on schedule and were always available to answer post-installation questions. They also installed my OLED TV and a SONOS mesh sound system. Very professional with great customer service. I couldn't be more satisfied with their work.

This is my second time using Unify Smart Home and I am very pleased at the courtesy and professional way that they handled our request to mount a 65 inch TV. Great work, clean, neat and very, very good professional job. If you use them you won't be disappointed. They work until the job is finished, no matter how late. I recommend you give them a call because I am so glad that I did.

I highly recommend Unify for all your home electronics, audio, visual, wi-fi, and outdoor sound system needs. Randy, Marvin, and Damien are all awesome at what they do and their professionalism. If something needs attention, they are diligent and will correct the issue immediately. If you need any indoor or outdoor electronic work, these are the guys!

This is the second time I have used Unify Smart Home. Both times the installer showed up on time and did an excellent job. While not the cheapest, they have given me good value for the money.

I will be using Unify for all of my custom Electonics home installs in the future.

Had Lutron Shades installed and I love them. The team is professional and efficient. The measurements were perfect, they look fantastic and function perfectly through my Apple Home Kit and Amazon Alexa! Thanks Darrin and team!

Arrived on time to install a Rachio watering system. Did a very thorough and professional review of our sprinklers. The install was done in a timely manner. The system they installed works great and has saved us money. Their customer service is excellent. Would definitely hire them again.

Extremely satisfied with their work. We started with a relatively small need (installing the AV in our remodeled family room) and ended automating the whole house. There was zero upsell on their part. We had always wanted to automate our home but didn't know how to take the first step, so I just kept asking questions and was so satisfied with their quality work, responsiveness and prices that I just kept adding more work. Now I have everything from security alarm and perimeter webcams through automated lighting and window shades, through a sound system around the house, all integrated wirelessly as a system, and easily controlled by Alexa or phone apps. Cannot recommend them enough.
