I have been using HITECH for over 30 years and have nothing bad to say. Service is great, prices are fair. Indie (the owner and Steve a tech) are friendly and are always willing to help. If you have a problem with your vehicle GO THERE!

Trash … this greasy guy in his ghetto shop will make you wait hours and take people that came in after, before you… go to super smog it’s cheaper and friendlier

The guy that does the smog is very rude he has no patience for his costumers I will never take my service there ever again do not recommend this place at all!

I used this shop back in February of 2022. After a horrible customer service experience with the owner, I should have known it would have been the same this time around.

I show up to my appointment 15 minutes early only to be turned away directly from the owner. No apologies, no remorse, just “I don’t have time today. ”

No communication. No customer service. He had my phone number. He could had at least gave me a courtesy call and explained that they were busy and needed to reschedule. Completely disrespectful of other people’s time and schedules.

I usually don’t write negative reviews and give small business the benefit of the doubt. But after observing the owner’s nonchalant attitude towards both horrible service visits, I’m afraid this is the norm vs the exception. Despite their cheap prices, I’ll find a more professional auto shop next time.

Total scam! Bad assessment! Owner told me one thing was wrong with my vehicle. I got it repaired and it still doesn’t work. I paid $250 for nothing. Bad deal. No accountability for workmanship.

Very good mechanic, I call the owner Boss and he calls me the same. Very nice man and customer service is great. The workers are all very respectful and complete the jobs in a timely fashion. This shop has been my mechanic for my last 3 vehicles. I can count on them when I need my smog, oil change and even electrical work done. Hands down have always came through when I need them and never over price! Very good! I definitely recommend.

I don't no why they open the repair shop. If
they're going to tell the customer to repair their own car they need to close the repair shop.

I can't remember the exact year i started going there, but, they used to smog my 1969 chevy, and they're exempt now, been going there ever since, resonable price, great work, never had to take anything back, to have it redone.

I've been going to HI Tech for over 10 yrs. Best service ever. Highly recommend this place.

The owner is very caring and kind. The last time I went there he gave me some plum's, very sweet and humble. Also is honest about prices and does not overcharge they provide great service

Absolutely love this place. I've been a customer of them straight since 2000. Just got my 2013 Ram 2500 pick up truck and I was treated very professionally. I will keep going there and keep recommending people to go there.

I have taken my truck here a couple of times and I really like that they check to make sure that your vehicle is going to pass first before they even start.

I'm so happy that our pick up is finally repaired, it was very affordable too. I'm very thankful to the owner and his mechanics. They worked until, they found the issues causing the problems. No more check engine light, also it wasn't all the other repairs it needed in order to solve my check engine light problem. From needed to have it's heads replaced and timing chain and many other things that would have not solved the issue. I had it's exhaust and catalytic converter replaced the year prior. Still did not solve my engine light and running lean code on bank One, note this work was not done at the Hi Tech auto repair shop. I'm very sure I wouldn't have gotten rip off by this shop and it's mechanics. Thank you so much for repairing my mom truck.
