First I started with Hiba By myself and she is wonderful, I went with her after other therapist and though I feel they helped me in a small way I ended my sessions early due to not feeling fully satisfied, with Hiba it was different I felt comfortable since the beginning, I felt understood, she is empathetic at the same time firm, wished would of found her since the beginning. I Love how she gives work to do because I feel it helps and is part of the Process and I feel I learn and get so much out of it. Now my partner and I do couples therapy and it has been great Hiba has helped us and opened our eyes in many aspects of our relationship and at the same time as individuals, it was never awkward with her for neither of us and I can honestly say she helped us save our relationship and we look forward to our sessions. I came to Hiba at the worst I have been mentally. Anxiety, depression panick attacks. She was fully booked but was compasionate enough to make time for me, after office hours. She has helped me gain awarness and a healthy and possitive perspective of things. I have a lot to work on still and therapy is hard but when you have a professional with the insight and capacity that she has, you know you are at the right place. I know I will eventually heal with her help and my effort. You just don't just go there and chit chat you have to do the work and that is how progress is made. That is what makes the difference.
