Wanted to look at the website had to enter my information. I shouldn’t have because they have called me multiple times a day everyday of the week. While I’m at work while I’m in class. They won’t say who it’s from on the voicemail like the business just call us back ASAP. I’ve told them to take me off their list they lost any business I would have possibly given them just for them to keep calling me from multiple numbers. Horrible horrible horrible experience and I still havnt been on the lot. The most annoying company I’ve ever experience.

Cynthia and Suzann the greatest pair to work with. Got my car and it only took 3hrs tops and drove off happy. Hibdon does work with you too make sure it works within your budget they deal with lots of financial institutions to best find you a great deal. Loved the customer service. I would refer ppl to them.

I'm in search of a used vehicle. Looking at your website and it won't let me see your inventory without entering my name and information. All I wanted to see was what you had in stock. Frustrating that your business needs my information to to see what you have in stock. Unfortunately this has detoured me.

They kept calling us promising a great deal on a vehicle and after over an hour drive, they tried to sell us one particular vehicle and was far too overpriced! They don't tell you the price of ANY vehicle unless they run your credit for it first. I'll NEVER shop here again! I'm thankful we were able to purchase a brand new vehicle for less elsewhere!

I have a friend who they have called him nonstop for the last month he has told them to stop calling and they have not my friend works for a bounty hunter so his phone number is business phone so it’s kind a hard conducting business when you getting a phone call nonstop and when they leave a message they don’t even say who it’s from they just say call this number back immediately Please do not go to the website and look at cars they will call you nonstop they don’t even care all they care about is money

Hello I just bought A car at Hibdon it was worth the 50 minute drive Junior the Giant made it my Smoothest car purchase ever I am so very happy my friend recommended Going there.

Unfortunately, in my opinion the Radio commercial (s) are misleading.unless you have a 770 credit score.
The people were really cool though.

I had a full detail done on my 2004 Ford Expedition to prepare it for sale. I had them do the Smog check and oil change, also. The Expedition looked so good, it sold in one day! I can't say enough about their great services! Thank you Hibdons!

I purchased a 2018 Dodge grand Caravan, they were able to get me financing with my Fair credit score (below 600) and took my trade in for the money down. I only had to pay $50.00 out of pocket and drove away with our new ride that same day. Hibdon staff was friendly and helpful.i encourage others to check them out, and see what they have for you!

Will NEVER buy a car here EVER or suggest them to any family or friends. Bought a car, paid in cash, AWD vehicle that seemed wonderful. Took it in to my regular tire shop to get the tires checked and was told I was sold an AWD car with mismatch tires which can cause HUGE problems down the line. Contacted the service manager Steve who seemed happy to help. After a few emails he has dropped off the face of the planet. When I persisted his offer was for me to purchase tires through Hibdon at cost.which is double the estimate I got from my local tire shop. Not only did they sell me a car with wrong tires now their solution is for me to give them MORE of my money and over pay for a set of tires? They should be replacing the entire set at no cost. I suggested we split the cost.seemed like a good compromise. They refuse. Worst experience ever! Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere.

We came in and were immediately greeted by the nicest, warmest person! Symmony was awesome! So personable. We told her how much we wanted our monthly payments to be and she made it happen! Thanks Symmony!

They took advantage of my son. He did not have any credit (not bad credit), just hadn't built credit. Would not let him choose a car on their lot, they chose for him. They knew he needed a car badly so they locked him in at an extremely high interest rate. He ended up paying several thousand dollars above the cost of the car at a payment of $500 a month. Hard lesson learned. Told him he could refinance in 18 months which he tried to do, but was then told he would have to go somewhere else. Moral of the story, don't go to Hibdons unless you want to get taken advantage of or screwed because they are pros!

Symmony was AMAZING! I went in there with low hopes and honestly with the expectation to just look and leave without a car. However Symmony made sure I not only left with a smile on my face, but also a car that I loved and felt good about. Would recommend and go back.
