Hibernation Stoves & Spas are Fantastic people. We had (2) Gas inserts installed several years ago. And they did a fantastic job. And had them out last week to do routine maintenance, and they excelled. More than happy with them.

Our tech, Sony, did a great job servicing our pellet stove. He was very knowledgeable and meticulous in setting up and cleaning up. It looks like it's new again after he was able to paint the black around the perimeter. He even left us batteries to insert once the ones we have go out. Thank you!

I bought a spa from hibernation and during the warranty period I had an issue with the spa overheating. They sent a tech out who said it was getting too hot due to summer heat. Well the temp sensor went bad and now wont run. Hibernation no longer has a service person and who they recommended wont return calls and hibernation doesnt return my calls either. I wouldnt buy a spa from them if they cant perform service.

This is my second review In the last year. Highly recommend Hibernation for their excellent and dedicated customer service. Since I received my new Sundance hot tub there was a whistling sound coming from the filter area. I had to shake the plastic strainer every time I cleaned the filter. Very annoying! I was worried about air trapped in the system which could damage the pump. Jeremy and Tami tried everything. Sending a service guy, communicating with Sundance tech support over phone and emails, and replacing the strainer…nothing help. They kept at it over more than 6 months. This week we found the solution. Tami offered to come over with another new strainer and when she did we discovered that this time Sundance sent her a different one with bigger holes. Most likely made by a different vendor. It worked like magic and now I can enjoy my spa time without the constant whistles of my tub, it wasn’t Beethoven, trust me! This is what I call customer service at its best! Thank you Tami and Jeremy!

We bought a Viking gas stove from Hibernation 26 years ago. It failed in May. Hibernation had to make three trips out to rebuild it and do some retro-fits since Viking is out of business. Customer service was superb. I can't tell you how it works, because it has been too hot to think of turning it on! I'm hopeful all is perfect once we need it but I feel confident if it is not, they will come up with a solution!
