3My mom has lived here for 10 years and considering the location, the rent is very reasonable! Right on El Camino next to a bus stop and plenty of things within walking distance. It obviously isn't a new luxury apartment building, but it is a solid choice compared to other more expensive options in the area! The property manager lives on-site and it doesn't have that sleazy corporate rental vibe that some bigger properties have.
Very friendly community.
Only downside is that the fan in the bathroom makes more noise than airflow so that it enhances the growth of mold.
Affordable for Silicon Valley, and the manager is just so caring and conscientious. I have never had anything but a truly positive experience with Debbie, she is really great. I know I will be taken care of quickly, efficiently, and conscientiously. Mark (maintenance) lives on-site and is an angel of a man. I can’t sing his praises enough. The apartments are small but nicely remodeled and the bedroom in our 1BR has excellent light. We actually were in a studio here for a year before upgrading, and we are very glad we did and stayed with Hidden Gardens.
