The 3rd party vendor that replaced my kitchen floor, damaged a cabinet, left a mess and without completely finishing the job. He also left the fruit/vegetable tray from my fridge on the counter. Fernando from the Hidden Hills maintenance team jumped right in, caulked the trim where it was needed, painted the base boards/trim and the damaged cabinet. He was very professional and thorough. He was also cognizant that this is where I live. He did a spot-on job and I cannot express enough how I sincerely appreciate the work he did. Thank you!

Most recently, Fernando assessed the issue where the kitchen faucet couldn't turn from side. It was due to hard water buildup that built over time. He assessed the situation and it was apparent a new faucet needed to be installed. He was on time, removed the old appliance, replaced it with a new one, and was very clean. He made sure I was satisfied. I can even begin to express my gratitude for his support. Thank you, Fernando!

My experience with maintenance has always been pleasant once they have visited. A couple of standout staff members include Luis and Fernando, who have been both friendly and efficient on numerous occasions.

Almost 12 years at hidden hills and Olga has been by far the most outstanding manager i have had the pleasure of dealing with. Olga always put forth the extra effort to make sure any issues i experienced were dealt with promptly in addition to actually putting that personal touch where in which she lets you know that your feelings matter. Its not often that you find an individual who is responsible for so many residents but can make you feel you are the only one and her main priority. It is a level of resident service which should honestly be the hallmark for the industry. The rest of the staff was kind as well. Olga thank you from the bottom of my heart for making my tenure at Hidden Hills pleasant and accommodating it was nice to be treated with a I'm here for you attitude and demeanor. The maintenance (Luis) is awesome. Efficient, responsible and prompt. He always fix’s the issues.
