Great beautiful park/garden. Its clean and neat place. Its great to do wedding ceremony and also for family, friends, etc gathering togetherness

The workers and staff were all super respectful, friendly, and hard-working. The gazebo is beautiful, the inside of the building is spacious, and the bridal room is big enough to really fit a whole party of girls. With outside weddings, it's difficult to please me - I have a huge phobia of bugs. But thankfully, there were no bugs or flies around to frighten or truly irritate. Thank goodness!

Beautiful wedding venu. I got married there 35 years ago and our daughter got married there August 8th 2022. Wonderful staff.

If anyone out there is considering booking an event here DO NOT. They are affiliated with Solid Ground Church which is a front. The church is located in the front and "Hidden Oaks" is literally hidden as to not draw attention from anyone. RONNIE is a nasty, rude and confrontational person who will tell you one thing and do another. The average cost for a wedding here is $4000 which is literally outrageous because you get next to nothing as far as a wedding venue. They use the House of God as a way to get bookings for events which are not worth the cost. What is happening here is a sham. I live next door at the apartments and have been attending the sorriest church services for the past month given by Matt Collins. Please be advised if you would like to have a proper wedding, event etc that this isnt it.

What a beautiful location! The venue is beautiful with the wedding and reception in the same location, which makes it so convenient too.

I recently attended a friend's wedding here and found this to be a beautiful, intimate venue. I was especially impressed with the staff. They were very friendly and helpful and made the bride feel at ease. I would recommend Hidden Oaks to my friends.

They never answer the phone they take forever to call you back the facilitator reach out to me about a month before the wedding. The measurements are not very explanatory and on the date of my wedding they were making a big deal with my vendors even though the vendors had barely got there. The place is beautiful but they don't keep it as clean as you would expect. We told our facilitator that we had a handicap bridesmaid and they were told multiple time we needed a ramp on our rehearsal they did not have the ramp and my husband and some guest had to bring it out the facilitator seem to not care at all. The servers that we hired through them they were very slow and unorganized. If it wasn't for my wedding planner it would've been super bad.

Wow. What an amazing venue for a genuine comfy yet elegant setting. Everything just came together so perfect. A special thanks to Consecca and each of guys n gals attentiveness that helped make everything so special.

My wife and I were very stressed because our wedding plans were thrown around due to COVID. However, the staff at Hidden Oaks relieved our stresses and were very helpful! My wife and I got married in the midst of a global pandemic! The wedding was amazing and that staff is awesome! I would give it more stars if possible!

I do not normally leave reviews, but this place earned one for sure. When I first saw this place I thought it was a very cute and charming venue. However the beauty of the place started to disappear as we were continually harassed by the employees of the place.
My husband and I were a part of our friends' bridal party recently and had an awful experience at this venue.
First off I should start by saying that this venue does not allow alcohol, which is totally fine! However the employees stereotyped a lot of the guests, (including my husband) and accused us of drinking on the property. After the ceremony my husband and I went to our car so that I could change my shoes for the reception. An employee followed us to our car in the parking lot and proceeded to scold us as if we were doing something wrong when we were not. He continued to tell us that he was making sure we weren't drinking because the guests of the party were throwing up because they were drunk, before the wedding even began (which was NOT the case). And that if this continued to happen our friends would not get their deposit back. I was shocked to hear him say this about the guests and I told the employee that we were not ok with that and to please point out these guests so that I could speak with them. He told me he would not tell me who they were, which confirmed the fact that he was lying. None of the guests were drunk!
As the night went on things did not get any better. The venue employees continuously followed the guests and bridal party around the venue as if they were going to catch us doing something we weren't supposed to be doing. The worst part was the fact that venue employees also cut the wedding cake without any announcement and did it while the Bride and Groom were socializing with family members. This part was extremely astounding to me. This whole wedding was super traditional, who in their right mind cuts the cake without the bride and groom present? ! Not to mention the fact that they rented the place until 10pm and the venue employees were making us feel rushed to leave the place.
Another thing that bothered me was the fact that they were rude to my husband while he was trying to help them clean up the kitchen. He accidentally dropped some salad dressing and started to clean it up. When this happened one of the employees asked my husband if he was driving home (implying that he dropped the dressing because he was drunk) and aggressively refused his help. My husband and I do not drink any alcohol so when he told me this happened I was seriously offended.
Everything about this place was awful. I feel so bad that my best friends (& their friends and family) had to experience such impertinence on a day thats supposed to be so special. I'm so sad they didn't get to share that moment of smashing cake in each other's faces.
Do yourself a big favor and DO NOT USE THIS VENUE!

Beautiful Venue had my wedding at this location the staff were wonderful and extremely helpful.
