Their letting a squatter live in our property! On deer hill rd! Horrible attitudes! I called to let them know a unwanted squatter is living on my husband’s property and they act like I’m bothering them! If I could give a zero I would! I guess it’s all about money? I thought HOA is to help homeowners? So I guess Squatters are welcomed! She knows who she is! So shameless refusing to leave my husband’s house JD! Living over a year for free and continues to this day! Update! She’s still living in my husband’s house refusing to move out her and her daughter! Who is getting tickets on the premises and they are letting the yard go to trash and they are sending my husband the bill for a few thousand dollars that she is running up and the HOA is not doing one thing about it. They said they have to have ownership papers which my husband is the owner. We already told her to call his lawyer, but she hasn’t done it so this person not saying her name let’s just say it’s on deer Hill Road and her name starts with a J and a D and her daughter is with a R and w they both have is no shame. They are living in the house because she was married to my husband’s stepbrother, and he passed away from Covid, which was I think from God because he ripped off him and his wife ripped off his grandmother and her husband and stuck her nursing home to die and took all their money and left, her there to die alone not letting us see her, not letting us know where she was at not getting to say goodbye to her grandchildren or her grandson my husband who took care of her when she was alone after her husband passed and so did I. But when she fell ill, and got put in the hospital and had to go to a skilled nursing home until she recovers JDS husband DW took her out of the nursing home, and POA and removed her without us knowing and and stole all her money, and her husband’s money that he had literally depleting all their funds, not even no money to bury her. I think there was three dollars left. And he also sold my husband’s house that belong to him in the trust and that’s why he bought the house right there on HOA property which doesn’t belong to him now because he said, but now JD his wife and her daughter RW refuse to move out I guess until she’s thrown out by the police which I hope is happening right now. Well, her days are numbered and she knows that she is ignoring lawyers, notes, and papers that are going to her and said anything back to the lawyer because she’s refusing to leave somehow and her sick mind she believes that that house is hers. She has no part of the trust no part of nothing we don’t even know her all we know is about her and what kind of person she is and what kind of a person her husband was Evil both of them!

Seen an event being held for a fishing derby. My kids were excited to go fish. Woke them up at 5a.m. To be there by 8. Only to get to the gate and have the security tell us it's members only and we cant come in. They should really add members only to any future promotions and events to not waste anyone's time. And not make the events public as If anyone can go. Very disappointed.

Security is a wanna be cop, they follow my son around to the parks and he feels like he’s being stalked, I’ve about had it with them and soon they will get a visit from me

My landlord kicked me out because he couldn't find a place to live. I don't miss Hidden Valley one bit. I found a place that's 6 times better.least better than Hidden Valley. Living in a Hidden Valley was so bad that I'm willing to go out of my way to review it. Security will go over their way to fine you so they can get more money. If you fall out of compliance for housing they will give you a warning. If you fall out of a compliance of Automotive they will find you heavily within minutes. You get no warning automotive warning. $1,2000 fine for taking my vehicle off the immediate pavement.
