High 5 Indoor Playground reviews
21 My son loves this place, but I always dread coming here due to the lack of comfortable adult seating. The few tables / chairs available are always taken on the weekends and offer minimal comfort anyways. Also, the Wi-Fi always seems to be down.
That being said they do a good job keeping the place clean and functional considering the number of kids playing here.
Was very busy with birthday parties. I usually go when kids are normally in school. I had a disagreement with management that required some determination and perseverance with explanation of situation. They let us back in that afternoon. I'll pick a different place if too busy again. Park here we come.
Nice indoor playground for the kids. Has 2 areas. A 5 and under for the smaller kids and bigger 3 level play ground for the 5 and up kids. Theres a ball pit and rooms for parties are also offered here. If you get hungry the sale pizza, soda, and snacks.
My family was the fist customers of the day last weekend when we were charged double for our visit. We asked to pay partially in cash and the rest on our debit card. The cashier kept our cash and charged the full amount plus some on my card. I have called multiple times yet they refuse to refund my money.
Not a bad place. Wish the parents area was a little bigger. When it gets busy the parent area fills up quick.
Not too shabby of a place. My 3yr old loved it. The minute they opened the gate she zoomed into the jungle. Im a bigger guy and still had plenty of room to get through things to keep an eye on her. One thing it needs more of is more seating especially around the jungle gym.
Lockers and a more secured way of coming in and out with children. Like having swinging gates locked and opened by one of the attendants would help with the overall rating.
The kiddos had a good time being that it was windy out today, this is my second time coming and I will definitely be back.
It was okay, the playground is not that well kept up and by the time we were leaving the staff did not check if the child leaving with us was ours. I asked the cashier, how did they keep children safe and her response was that my son was smiling and that's how she knew he was ours. Not so sure about the safety of our children
This was a great experience for my family we had a great time and the girls that work there were so nice and they kept the place really really? Clean it was our first time going there and we will make it our new family outing place great for the little ones and my husband and I even had fun playing with the kids if I could give 10 stars I would
For ages 2-5 in my opinion, but there were older kids there attempting to have fun still. My daughter loved the ball cannon, and the slides. Definitely suggest going there if you need to tire your kids out lol.
Took my grandson he loved it got rid of alot energy made lots of friends 2- 1/2hrs later he was done great place for kids
This place is awesome for kids. None stop running around with no shoes on. Ps bring socks people clean socks lol
This is a really great place especially during the summer when it gets blazing hot and you can't go to an outdoor playground. I really wish they wouldn't charge for the adults though because we're not playing on the equipment. They keep it really clean I always see them going around with the sprayer wiping stuff down. It's always a good idea to call and ask how busy it is because sometimes they're having birthday parties and it can get very crowded
Been to a lot of indoor playgrounds around so cal and this place is neat and clean with plenty of sanitizer stations along with large amount of space to not feel crowded. My daughter loved it.would recommend and will be back again.
Great indoor play area for the little ones, clean and friendly staff. Kinda wish the rooms were bigger for the price you pay for the party rooms.
I have not been yet but my grandson takes his grand daughter every time she visits an she loves it but it cost to much for low income people such as ourselves.
It's always clean and friendly there. We love how the staff are always ready to help. I recommend if you haven't been there before to go check it out.
It's a good place to bring your kiddos. Safe too. They require parents and their kids to wear matching wristbands which is good for safety. The only gripe I have with this place is the pricing. It's a little ridiculous that they charge for a baby of 10 months to enter. We went in with our 5 year old and twin babies and had to pay for the twins as well. They are barely crawling. What are they going to do? You're an indoor playground not Disneyland, don't be greedy.
We had so much fun here! We have a six and 12 year old and they ran and played like crazy with friends the whole time we were there! It is laid out very nicely with multiple things to do and separate areas for tots and bigger kids, and best of all it is impressively clean. Know how your kids can play 5 minutes at a McDonalds play place and come out with blackened, dirty, disgusting socks and hands from all the grime? Won't happen here! Our kids played for 5 hours straight and their socks still looked great. That gives you a very good idea of how clean the play area is.
Employees were friendly and helpful, and were watchful and kind. When a child wasn't following a rule they weren't aware of (no throwing balls in the ball pit, for instance), they kindly and gently informed them of the rule and made sure the other children were safe and the rule was followed. Also saw a child led from the toddler room out to their parent when the child was crying - nice to see that!
Bathrooms were clean and well-stocked, and there are shoes to borrow (no street shoes allowed past the entry area).
They have a snack bar and kept the eating area clean and organized, and offer a variety of beverages, treats, and food items.
We loved it and will be back for sure!
