If I could give this place zero stars I would they scammed my father the ac on the car didn’t work the blowtorch and the speakers did not work the car would always break down and the man said there was nothing wrong with it

The only reason why Im not going with a single star is because Anya was very polite and treated us nicely. The vehicle is decent overall (Jag F-Pace), however we noticed some shortcomings soon after bringing it home and driving it for a little while. The single key we received happens to be a non-brand replacement unit (not an actual Jaguar key) and it barely works. We have had moments where it took us a few minutes to unlock/lock the vehicle and we replaced the battery with a fresh one so we know its not that. Some cosmetic issue, but nothing serious that couldnt be fixed. However, the main issue and complaint for us is with the audio system. There is absolutely no bass being generated by the Meridian audio system. My wife (the primary driver and buyer) first told me that the audio was quite weak not even two weeks into having the vehicle. I didnt think much of it because I figured maybe the volume was turned down on her phone. A short while after that she mentioned it again so I went to check it out. ABSOLUTELY no bass/sound coming from the large lower speakers in the doors. Which is strange because they apparently inspected and reconditioned the vehicle upon its purchase by the dealership. Ive spent the last several weeks trying to have them give us a resolution path which hasnt happened to this day (we bought the vehicle almost two months ago now). We've received very very limited communication from them and when we do get someone on the phone all we get is the runaround treatment, no resolutions whatsoever. It appears that I will have to find an audio shop, pay to have the vehicles audio issue diagnosed and finally repaired. Not looking forward to finding out what that will cost for a Jaguar Meridian audio system. Its quite unfortunate because the buying experience was a good one to be honest (Anya was pleasant to work with). Also, be mindful of the optional features being included in your purchase contract, read all pages carefully. Hope this helps someone down the road. Thanks.
