High Class Tattoo, Fresno CA

Went here to get a few helixes and a septum for my 18th. Was genuinely the best piercing experiences I've had. Matt is very kind, gentle, and friendly. He made sure I was comfortable before doing anything. He kept me from making myself too nervous and was totally chill the whole time. It was clean and professional but not super stiff like a hospital or something. There was a little wait but the guys out front were super chill about it and didn't wanna waste our time (but the wait was totally worth it). I've bounced from a couple different piercers and was a little scared about placement but Matt got it spot on. My best friend was there watching and said it was a super smooth, gentle looking process. Afterwards there was little to no pain which was unexpected. It wasn't even warm and the redness went down fast. The jewelry is inexpensive and they have a great, expansive selection for starter jewelry. I would highly highly recommend this place. I'm definitely going here again.

Went here a few months back to get my nipples repierced. Besides the lack of jewelry to use, he pierced one crooked. In addition, I swear he was getting off on torturing me, as he took forEVER to do it. As I said, they had been pierced before, sp I know what I'm talking about.

It has been 3 months later & my Tattoo is developing bumps and is itching really bad. My body is covered about 75% in Tattoos. I've never had an issue with any of my other artwork; nor Artists. Instead of being Humble for the business that has been conducted, Audie came off to be Very Rude and Unprofessional. I paid 2x for a deposit and at my appointment I was charged almost a thousand dollars for half of a tattoo that was agreed upon. My Cat Portrait does not look like my Cat at all and Audie did not finish the work. I asked if we can go longer.since he was only tattooing me for 2 hrs.in which I was under the impression from the consultation appointment that we would tattoo for as long as I can go for. It was only 2hrs in and he said he was finished and would complete the rest on the next appointment. The next appointment came well, not exactly.he texts me the day before our appointment and says he will need to cancel our appointment due to the holidays and will pick a day to reschedule and let me know. Till now, I have not heard from him. I understand we all have a personal Life, but if that's a distraction from your business.then maybe you shouldn't be conducting business any longer. Some of us work hard for our money and if your being treated as if your paying with monopoly money, then maybe you should take your business where you will be valued as a customer and treated as a human Being. I've never experienced such a bad visit as I have with Audie. I will never recommend him, I have another professional artist to finish/correct the work he's out of town but it'll be money well spent to go elsewhere.
