3Bought a new wheelchair for my grandfather. The staff were very helpful in finding one that worked best for out needs. Businesses like this often only get reviews when things go wrong, so please take all the negative reviews with a grain of salt.
Extremely rude Manager, argumentative and unprofessional.
I have been a customer several times at this facility but can understand why the manager is so unprofessional to me and my friend.
Have been waiting 3 weeks for a brace. Haven't heard anything from them. And when I called they can't find the paperwork from the doctor. Would not recommend at all.
They lost my prescription from the doctor and even then tried to put the blame on me.
I wouldn't spend money on the horrible business they run. There reply was again not taking responsibility for the lack of service they give. I understand why they are not recommended to use.
