I enjoy living here and taking advantage of the amenities with my family.

Beautiful community with wonderfully maintained and manicured streets and houses with fantastic upkeep. Friendly neighbourhood and great facilities.

My wife and I were debating about renting for one more year. Since we are currently in a on going pandemic. We thought it would not be a good time to look for a new house as first time home buyers. Way back in June 2015 we made the attempt to get a house but that did not work before our son was born.

Now in 2020 in June my wife and I made the decision to buy a house. All thanks to her friends who bought new houses this year. They told us its a good time to do it because of the pandemic that is on going. So we made the choice to go with highgate.

We originally thought they would say no we both made enough money and our credit was good. So after speaking to their realtor named Michelle she was so welcoming and happy to meet us. So after a few meet ups and we got approved and we are getting our new house built.

We are both excited our new home will be ready come December when our rental lease ends. It took my wife and I 6 years to get a house we have been renting for the longest time. This place is amazing they will have a new school being built come next year where our son will go to.

We originally thought they would say no but they said yes and we are forever grateful. Sure this place is more expensive than most but in reality we are paying for our sons education when that new school is built.

Anyone who wants a brand new community with all the amenities and security. I would highly recommend to check this place out. Also you dont need to be a millionaire to live here they have different sections and house for EVERYONE there is no judgement here.

Our family was one of the early residents of the West Ming Addition (more commonly know as Highgate). After we moved, someone tried stealing the title to our home by obtaining a copy of our deed and personal information from the city's website. The information is still on Google.

Buyer beware. The city posts your home deed on the Internet and could expose you to title theft. A home is the largest purchase we will make in our lives. No one deserves to have this taken away.
