I have been scheduling with them for the last year and all four appointments have been canceled for different reasons now my cavities are worse

Had 1 appointment for my 4 year old son here. Immediately called my insurance and changed to a different Dental office afterwards. The Dentist couldn’t even be bothered to sign the paper for my son to start school, it seemed like he was SO inconvenienced by it, he said “don’t we just have a stamp”. Checked his teeth and walked away. No teeth cleaning, nothing. Office was dirty. Unprofessional. I see why they are rated so poorly now. Can’t believe it’s even still in service.

My appointment has been canceled 7 times. Again my appointment time was at 1pm 02/17/2023. I waited till 2: 15pm and they told me after 2: 15pm to reschedule it because they have more patients and don’t even care about me and they don’t even had a manager to speak with me. It really made me disappointed. I will never recommend this location for anyone.

My wife had pain and it was emergency. I called them more than 10 times in a row but they didn’t answer once. It’s one of most ridiculous dental offices I ever seen in my life.

If you are trying to call and make an appointment don't bother they have the ringers turned off I had to go in and make an appointment because the front staff wasn't answering the phones so while I was in there I decided to call and the phones were off they told me it was really busy and they can't answer the phones at the moment

My wife's two front teeth were ruined!

The teeth did not hurt and there were no complaints about them.

So sealed that the seal is different in color (with a yellowish-red tint). Plus, the teeth began to feel cold, warm.

This clinic is a mess!

Run away from here!

It’s a very bad employee and also a very bad clinic I’m kindly requesting from everyone please do not come to this clinic.

I been calling and leaving a VM everytime. And no one called me back. My teeth is about to fall out cause I need th3 deep cleaning and need to set up for the rest of the family

Customer service was great. Had lots of work done here. I was treated kindly & everyone listened to my concerns & was very helpful. Keep up the great job!

Never answers the phone…. Whenever I’m in there there’s no one else in the waiting room so why dont they ever answer the phone? It’s not like there hella busy. They cancel appointments and never make new ones no mattter how much you ask. Plus the dentist that does extractions is there once a month and he’s kind of rude. Definitely changing dentist. But hey if you want a job that pays you to do nothing get one here. Lol.

This place can never answer the phone or do there job right waist of time! Horrible service I would give them 0 stars if I could.

X-ray apartment wasn't bad interior exterior of the building was filthy front door windows were smudged with possibly food near the handle the dentist had a foul mouth as in cursing in front of my child the dentist look like he needed to take a bath and get a haircut there was debris all over the floor on the inside of the building very unprofessional atmosphere and dentist look like he needed to retire and bathe. Also I just obtained dental insurance and visited a wonderful dental office awesome assistance awesome doctor at the VA at McClellan right around the corner from highland dental I asked if I should have a crown put on a certain tooth they said it was not necessary but for cosmetic reasons if I wanted to they could do that the bite was normal there was no decay and it was still sitting above the gum line and relatively clean the dentist at highland dental said I need to come up with $800 to get a crown put on the tooth may have chipped off but there was no problem at all whatsoever what a scam highland dental is!

Worst place ever they had to numb my mouth three times because they forgot about me worked on multiple patients at the same time!

They cancelled my appointment on May 5. I called them, left voicemail or even sent text messages to reschedule me, but no call back!
Today even I drove there but it was close at 3: 30pm! While it should be open till 5pm.
I spent lots of out of pocket money so far for unfinished job. It's not acceptable.

Worst dental clinic ever. They would cancel your appointment anytime they want without giving you a proper reason. Time to change to a better clinic.

I gave my friend a ride here he says it sucks I sure can see it. Barley any seats and a small waiting room a disabled kid that can't speak English or walk normal don't have enough seats there sure is something wrong. Not that enjoyable when you back is already in pain. They tried so hard to force people to ware mask including ourselves but we all revolted and they snarkly gave up. I get a lot of people here have low income and medical pays for everything but at least try and make a decent waiting room the TV is not face right no magizens rack no art pictures like every other dentist office I've seen or even toys or kids. But thanks for letting.me use the restroom at least lest imporve the atmosphere of the waiting room glad im not a patent here

This place should not be in business. They are racist and if you are getting dental work through Medi-Cal you get treated like the worse. Dentist are not knowing patients dental plan. Anny the office manager is worse in returning customers call and they whole staff are rude and hang up phones if you call with a issue. They treat my 68 year old mother horrible during her dental visit we requested refund and stop the dental work because they made my moms mouth bleed and in pain till today. Till change us for the visit and crown and some lab work which we didn’t move forward with. I do not recommend no one at this horrible terrifying place.

This place is the worst dental clinic. They filled two cavities, now I am in so much pain, tried several times to take an appointment, no answer.

This office is Terrible And terrible customer service. There is no chance of zero that’s why I am giving them one star they don’t word one star at all.
