Who I believe maybe the owner and his tech.were very polite, and addressed my issue with my car with a professional knowledge of what the problem was and showed a positive attitude in trying to fix the issue. Being that I have not a clue about cars except how to drive them. He walked me through all the problems and visually showed me. Great people! Had my car towed to closes shop from where my car died. The charge was too expensive and I declined the service. After 3 days of calling, and can't even leave a message, before finally getting a hold of someone to get my car key to tow my car elsewhere just to find out that they left my car unlocked with the key inside the car in the parking lot. Who does that? The car is important to me and I have things in the car.
