The community is generally ok. But the HOA has some harsh by-laws. They can send you violation notices if you put too many item in patio, including kids' scooter and strollers citing that they were "storage items". They can send you violation notice if you hung holiday decoration on windows for extended period of time. They enforce you to park your cars inside garage overnight while outside parking space is empty and available for parking. However, some family managed to get outside parking permit for their cars while using part of their garage as a "gym". Not sure how this can happen? Even you tried to squeeze 2 large cars in the garage, they still want to track your car and registration by using annually renewal sticker from HOA. This is one of the most restrictive HOA that I have experienced. The HOA board member should think about relaxing the by-laws to provide convenience to home owners and renters. Otherwise, the home value and rental value will decrease.

Upscale townhome complex. Great community center with guest suites that owners can reserve, pool, spa, gym. Great location, walkable to Sage Canyon Elementary School & Park.
