Lady is actually rude. They took 14hrs to load 7 pallets got here 8 in morning checked out @ 11

When you come here must set your temperature 40 before checking fast loading they take only 30 min but your temperature must 40

Been here since 2pm it’s now 8pm closing time. Apparently they have not received the supplies (fruit) yet from there supplier. My second pickup was at 6pm in AZ. Lol well I guess I’ll get that Tomorrow. Don’t be in a hurry to get your load cause most likely that won’t have it. Park on street and check in. Make sure your temp on truck is correct or they won’t take you.

So we’re to start, oh yea the check in gate. Casey is the lady that does the check in window, probably the most rude and hateful lady I’ve met. Spoke with a attitude that was unmistakable and implied that I was stupid. No signage saying what the truck driver is to do prior to checking in. FYI park in the street before entering or else Casey will have a fit. Other then that loading is not bad.

Good place for pick up. Truckers don’t follow bad reviews about this place. Some truckers said lady has bad attitude. I don’t think so, she is just doing her job. Trailer has to pre cool before she give you door. Because of Covid they put screen on window that’s why it’s hard to hear her other than that nothing wrong with this place. Pre cool your trailer before you get to this place. I got the door right away finished loading in 30 minutes. Last check in has to be before 6pm if somehow you are going to be little late give her a call talk to her nicely she might work with you if she doesn’t no problem it’s still not her fault. Start early from your house you can’t blame other ppl they have to go home too. Five stars from me to this place and employees. By the way she is not old lady. Only smile is missing on her face i don’t know why but it’s none of our business. She is providing us good service that’s all matter. I pray to God give her smile back please. Humans don’t look good without smile. Thanks guys for reading me review.

This place it’s weird! No kidding. Lady in window little disrespectful and rude (she maybe had a rough time) In the cooler they want you to push the trailer against the dock so hard until you break something!
But the loader guy pretty smart and nice guy. He knows his job. Load me fast. I wish to other places be like that. My first impression was for one star, but after all they get 4.

Really like that place, people in shipping and receiving office are really nice and dock workers are quick to load you up.

Lady in the shipping office has lost her mind.she do not have respect for anyone.she do not how to talk to someone.she is worst in shipping office.she need to be fired.i hope owners check all the reviews regarding her behaviour.
