Hillcrest Park reviews
10Still is pretty safe to take your kids to. Dog owners are responsible for their fur babies. Other parents are pretty friendly and helpful in keeping the area safe for all the kids.
I have never been to this park before but my daughter's martial arts class had a Pre Father's Day picnic here today, to honor the fathers, the park sets in a beautiful area surrounded by trees and it has a large area for volleyball, Tables and Benches for barbecue parties etc, it also offers a play area with swing set and slide for the smaller children, a basketball court and much more, Hill Crest Park is Located in Antioch Calif at Lakespur Dr
Visit daily, but place has become a haven for residents who use it as a dumping ground for their home garbage, mattresses and appliances. Hours are from dawn to dusk; it's illegal to be in park after dark. Contrary to what others have posted here, bike riding is NOT permitted in park.
Lots of unsavory characters there. Playground is a little run down. Wouldn't let your children run around unsupervised. Trash everywhere from people dumping stuff there.
Clean Bathroom available and lots of grass area and bike area. Great for dogs. Great for basketball and biking. A long park and there is a tennis court at the end.
I take my dogs here regularly, especially in the back by the tennis courts where it is more private. I have seen hawks here.
To my surprise it's actually quite clean and we'll kept. The grass is beautiful this time of year and the Turkeys are out running a muck. The residents around the park are nice and have well kept homes. The bathrooms are nothing to brag about but I'm not surprised. Overall it was lovely to walk around.
Nice place for f families, children and dogs. It has Tennis courts, playground, picnic area with bbq pits, basketball courts and lots of space for dogs to run and play
Really great resource for the neighborhoods in the area. It's a great place to walk your dogs and there are no streets with cars nearby once you get inside. They have a tennis court playground basketball area and a couple barbecue pits as well.
Great park for sports lovers. Basketball courts and sports courts are great, plus a huge open green space available for dogs and other activities. Well maintained. Nice jogging trail as well. Beggars, druggies, trash diggers and shady characters hang out here occasionally, especially after dark so take caution and definitely leave before the sun goes down.
