Hiller Aviation Museum reviews
16Love this place. Our one year old is already infatuated with airplanes. We brought him here and he was amazed with all the exhibits.
It's a cool place but wish it was bigger and had more hands on activities and some shows would be cool
Great place to learn about aviation, especially for kids. Lots of hands on activities, especially with their special events.
Amazing little aviation museum! My son who is an airplane fanatic loved it! We plan on attending the events they have planned, so much fun in store!
Impressively well curated aircraft with interesting content for both aficionados and newbies. Roughly 150 years from the first glider through today, and yet not overwhelming. And I really enjoyed the specific connections with the Bay Area. Highly recommend this gem.
Really cool museum for the size. Lots of interactive things, and you can pay extra to use a pretty fully featured flight sim.
Would definitely recommend if you are into aviation
I know what I’m writing might sound harsh, but I’d only pay $5 to see the things available inside.
I think it might be good for kids to explore, but not for adults.
The entrance fee is hefty for what’s included inside.
Neat little side quest. Was in town for a doctor's appointment and stumbled upon this place by accident. Came on a day when they had day camp and part of the museum was blocked off for camp. Have some really nifty exhibits. $18 for an adult and kids under 5 are free.
Was trying to buy a membership today. But the guy at the counter didn’t want to answer my questions so I decided to give up.
This is the cost of your arrogance.
A good Aviation museum with hands on displays. Try to land a commercial Airliner at SFO or fly a helicopter around the bay.
Captivates you and your kids for hours or days. A full 747 cockpit including the circular stairs up are so fun. So many programs and hands on simulations as well as classes and camps.
What a fun place. Helpful staff and volunteers. The kids had a great time. Very kid-friendly. Can't wait to go again.
Picked the BEST time to go, early morning. We had every exhibit available to us. Learned new stuff and got scores of pictures.
Small museum. Half of excibition is closed due to COVID-19 (while all CA is open since 15 of June). A lot of campers after 4 pm. And the cockpit is closed at 4: 30 (why? I didn't find any announcements). My boys came mainly to visit cockpit (for me this experience is the waste Of money for half of available options. Seems that museum want to earn money on tickets and campers
We usually go to this museum every weekend. It's modern, old and informative about Airplanes. It has a good selection of models at the gift shop, (I bought some) and Also has great plane spotting locations. Staff is friendly, even has some aircraft to explore inside. I went inside the 747 and it was old but neat. Would recommend this place!
Had a great time checking this place out. Had some great displays here and the price of admission is fair for what you get to see.
