Hillside Terrace Apartments, Lemon Grove CA

Been living here for almost 2 years and I am very thankful! Thanks to Kim I decided to stay here and we’re getting into a 2 bedroom! I’m super excited to move in from the one bed to two bedroom! Maintenance responds same day and are quick and nice! Kim is extremely helpful always checks in on me and my son. It’s a gated community so no trouble in here. Neighbors are nice and no problems or troubles in the last two years! I have zero complaints! (: Me and my family are super thankful! We appreciate you

These apartments are amazing, Kimberly was so helpful with the move in process. She answered all of our questions and very good communication. When my family moved in. We had a few things that needed to get fix. Maintenance come the next day and took care of all of things the need to get fix. It was easy and fast process. I'm very satisfied with their service. I'm very grateful and happy the Kimber for making our move in easy and making us feel welcome. Thank you again.

Hands down the best apartment service I’ve ever had in my adult life! Kim don’t play about ANYTHING! What do you need done! Fixed in a blink of an eye I kind you not.

We had a great experience living in the complex, very quiet and peaceful. The office stuff are very kind and always there if we needed something to get fix and any issues that we had they response very quick, Kim is very nice and very helpful as well as JC. Kim walks around at least a day or two just to kinda over view the place and say hi to us as always and ask us if there is anything we need just email her. Highly recommend this apartment complex.

I couldn't be more pleased with the exceptional service provided by Kim at our apartment complex. She is incredibly responsive, always ready to assist, and genuinely cares about the residents.

Recently, we encountered an issue with the laundry facilities being unexpectedly closed and locked when we needed to use them. I reached out to Kim, and she promptly responded to my message. And she came in on her day off to personally unlock the facilities for us.

Kim's responsiveness and helpfulness make her a standout professional, and her genuine concern for residents shines through. I'm grateful for her proactive approach and the positive impact she has had on our living experience.

I lived in this complex for almost 7 years. I recently moved out and into a house with family. If I was to say the experience the entire time was amazing and wonderfully full of a great time that wouldn’t be entirely truthful but I can 100% without a doubt say that Kim (Kimber) in the office is truly an amazing human and perfect at her job! Kim goes above and beyond for the tenants and tries her hardest to the property looking nice. She walks the property a minimum of twice a day and is always quick with an email response if you put in a maintenance request. She’s known myself and my young son since the day we moved in and has been so gracious and so kind to my son the entire time we lived there. If I ever had any issues with neighbors or our unit she did everything she could to help us. My son adores Kim and has been telling me since we left how much he misses the apartment because he misses Kim. I will forever appreciate how accommodating and caring Kim has been for us.

If we discuss the complex I’d say the units aren’t worth the pricing and when things break or don’t work properly maintenance takes their time to fix it or tells you it’s your fault it broke when in fact it isn’t. Their way of fixing things is to tell you not to use something the way it was intended to be used. I lived there before the complex was sold and the team then was amazing. Now it feels like all they do is try to fix things the cheap way which isn’t beneficial to anyone or themselves.

All in all Kim is the best thing and human in this complex!

I lived here for 2 years. Nice gated neighborhood on top of the hill. The assistant manager Kim made EVERYTHING very easy. Moving in, Moving out, Maintenance requests etc. She is awesome at her job followed by an amazing attitude what more could you want!

My move in was smooth. Kim has been so helpful and communicative! Slept peacefully in my new apartment.

Finally moved in as of March 11th, me, wifey and the kids love this place the vibes and energy is all around perfect. I wanna give a hug thank you to the front office Kim and JC the most patient and kindest souls and will help you in any and every way possible.

I was residing at Hillside Terrace for 2+ years, but recently moved to a single family home. All I can say is, Kim was so wonderful! Even when we were having issues, Kim was always available to help with a solution. Im giving her ALL 5 STARS! If you're considering this Complex, make sure you connect with Kim. She's a Godsend!
