Hilltop Collection San Bernardino

This was my 1 st time at Hilltop. We lived here for 12 years in San Bernardino I daily pass by and never had the Opportunity to stop at this Restaurant. I had a wonderful time and the dinner we had was awesome and tasteful. Everything was so good even the Margaritas I got. I Definitely will return with my children. The service was excellent from when we arrive. It was a beautiful view and felt like you were ona. Bill in Italy! I support our local business and we all as San Bernardino resident's should. Thank You Caroline you and your staff were so sweet and welcoming. I’ll be back!

We celebrated our son's birthday and just lived everything here. I was a lil weary about going since it's under new ownership but was pleasantly surprised. The ambiance, food and service were all great. We had a the steak, prime rib, filet mignon and pasta and they were all great. Thank you for making my son's birthday memorable.

Yikes.we went back a second (against my better 1/2s wishes). But it was pretty terrible again. Stale bread over slated and cooked food. Deserts were definitely left overs from a previous party.sucks. We live close be now and really hoped this place would be our go-to.the view and setting is amazing though. Outdoor firepits etc.they should get I together, there's almost no higher end restaurants between here and the pass. I'd rather got Tony's dinner!:)

Very very expensive, about 150 for dinner for two but not the most expensive dishes.
The night view is good enough for go one time or for impress your family from other country

The food was horrible and over priced, we went for brunch the 3 course meal. Can you say everything was flavorless or too much salt. The bacon was way too salty for some reason. The prime rib was round steak, multiple people almost choked when swallowing. I miss the buffet when it was castaways

Horrible food! I took my mom yesterday for Mother's day. We had a party of 10 and 5 of us were not happy with the food. We ordered prime rib, lamb and chicken and waffles. The prime rib was hard as a rock. She sent her food back and it came out again in the same condition. Waffles old and hard. Chicken not cooked all the way. Tip added in bill and it wasn't deserved. I paid 305 dollars for food that we didn't eat. I will Never return

I'm going to speak as a vendor DJ I was at this place the food look really bad the management was rude and some waiters at the banquet hall where rude they promise to save my vendor plate for later at the end they said they don't have it that they don't give food to go we already paid for that dish and they never give it to me I think it's rude I had my dishes a vendor or DJ say for later and most banquet halls the salad that they gave they look pretty basic I will not recommend this place

Had reservations for the day before mother's day. Beautiful place. Good host & delicious food.
The salmon was delicious & although there was no tri tip they replaced it with ribeye bone in. Delicious.
Price is worth it because of the view, however the food, although good, it's like eating at Black Angus.

Haven't been here since it was castaways and wasn't sure they were even open for brunch yet but they are and we had the BEST time! Glad to see Beatriz is still here because she's an awesome server! And Luis was taking great care of us as well! Recommend for brunch every Sunday!

The ambiance of the restaurant was very homey yet professional. The view was breathtaking! My family and I sat in the patio. We had the most amazing Sunday morning eating the delicious food Hilltop has to offer. Our server, Beatriz, was very attentive and kind. She would check up on us quite often and provided us with excellent service.

Went there for their Easter brunch. Lots of parking, great views, and clean facility. Friendly staff practiced social distancing. Our server Alejandro (Alex) was very good. Tentative and kept our champagne glasses full. Staff even moved our tables closer to the shade, as it was a bit warm outside (we were a large group). Kids each got a stuffed animal from the Easter Bunny as well! Had a great time. Will be back.

This was a very fun place to come to, unfortunately I came here on the day I had to fly out so I didn't get to fully enjoy being here. Overall I spent about three hours here and I was surprised since I had rushed through most of the exhibits. It's a great place to bring your children and let them learn. My favorite part was the aquarium and the earthquake simulator. But there are also exhibits on earth and it's wildlife, astronomy, anthropology and geology. Very fun and very educational.

So So happy we came. The service is by far exceptional. Management cares about their customers but I was impressed with how they treat their employees. The food was so good. We will be back and will definitely recommend this impressive brunch to family and friends. Thank you Hilltop for such a great Sunday brunch.

I eat here a lot since I work nearby. I got to say the customer service is always good and they keep the place well organized constantly. Pricing is affordable and they serve large portions.

Funny place for a weekday lunch. More people drinking at noon on a Wednesday than you would expect.
It's fun. The service was typical of a bar (i.e. Slow for a work lunch but I don't mind). Had a sausage. Was good!

My experience at Hilltop met my high expectations. Previously known as castaway, I was afraid that it would never be the same. I was wrong, and i am happy to be so! The brunch options were ENDLESS. From the fresh seafood options to the delicious waffles and crapes, I was definitely impressed. Apart from the seafood and the waffles there was a personalized pasta and omelette bar, high quality lamb and ham which was hand cut for you, and a HUGE chocolate fountain along with an array of danishes and muffins! Yum!

American food and the atmosphere at this place is super good.nice location to meet with family.the service here is great.it has a great atmosphere.

Hilltop Collection serves wonderful food. They have excellent cooked beef steaks and roasts. Their soups are delicious. I especially too enjoyed their herb riches. Truly
