Hilltop Wash & Dry, Santa Cruz CA

I wish I could give a Zero rating. It was dirty, 85%+ plus of the washers and dryers were broken with signs saying they were broken, the machines that did work were occupied by the owners who operate a fluff and fold businesses. $7.50 to wash don’t know how much to dry. I left and drove to Scotts Valley to Bubbles Laundromat, 5star clean business and $4.50 to wash worth the drive for a clean environment

More than half of the machines are defective and the others don't work properly either. The place is dirty and completely run down - the worst laundry of our entire trip!

It was a little ran down in my opinion. Only a few machines worked. Fix it people

Polite staff, quick service, but I probably won't go back. I asked for everything to be dried, and they instead hung some of the heavier items which were then returned partially wet with a mildew smell. It's expensive to do wash and fold, one would expect things to be done well.

There is a ghetto in Santa Cruz
This is the most ratchet laundry mat that I have ever been to.
Plus it’s over priced and hella sketch-mo cats walking around here

I came here from out of town and based coming here on the reviews but this place is awful. Literally half the washers out of service, I got dermatitis from these washing machines and no one around to help if you half any issues. Don't risk it and just go somewhere else.
