Hotel was amazing. So convenient to everything. Staff was very attentive to us. Parking was great. Plenty of spaces. Very safe area.

Clean, Comfortable & Convenient to Disneyland’s Toy Story Parking Lot Shuttle. A big thanks to Elyse from the front desk. She took care to help us find a room in a quiet location. We overlooked the pools and had a great night’s sleep! Housekeeping works hard to keep the rooms clean. We enjoyed our stay & highly recommend this Hilton.

My first room had no working air-conditioning, 2nd room had toilet paper on the floor between beds and old food in the refrigerator. My co-coworker and I were both charged for valet parking, customer service provided some convoluted request for us to text our receipts to a hotel number to correct. Its very convenient if you are going to the convention center but overall not a great hotel and will not stay here again.

Stayed in May 2023 for a vacation and it will absolutely be my last stay there. Spiders found in the room and on our bed, hallways smelled like urine as if someone peed in them and staff didn’t seem to care and disregarded our reports of the unsanitary conditions. If you need to stay in the area, highly recommend the Marriott across the street. So disappointing.

Not great! Pick a different hotel if you can. The first room we were given the bed sheets were stained and gross. We called the front desk to request house keeping and we were told we would have to change the sheets ourselves as no housekeeping was available. We ended up changing rooms. The second room the bathroom floor isnt levels with 10° slope and the shower drain does not drain properly. On our way to the 3rd room. Additionally there is only one bank of elevators for over 200 rooms per floor. At $300 per night I expect a little better this. Go elsewhere if you can. The rooms are less than stellar. Very outdated.

We have stayed at the Hilton many times over the years. We live in So Cal yet if doing Disney especially with kids its a must stay. Great amenities for the kids, beautiful pool and play area. The hotel staff is incredible. I do suggest upgrading to a disney firework view room. Its great for the little ones who get too tired to stay at the park. Also the suites are terrific. One thing that makes a great hotel experience is the staff. I am a Hilton diamond member, out of all the Hilton properties I stay at. This is my favorite.

We arrived early for check in and the guy told us it would be an extra $50. We checked in on the 14th floor and the room was one of the worst rooms I’ve ever been in. Musty, gross and the floor was uneven. So uneven that a water bottle could roll from one side to the other. Which means the bed was also uneven. We called and asked to switch rooms. This one was even worse. We took a shower and “tried” to make it work but ultimately decided to call the front desk again to change rooms. The shower in the second room did not have hot water and very minimal pressure. The front desk seemed to be aware of the floor foundation issue and said level 5 is the best they have. So we moved a 3rd time. We settled for the 3rd room even though it stinks like smoke, looks grungy, no body soap in shower and the bathroom sink is almost clogged (drains very slow). Also, I should mention the lock for the glass door patio is broken. We will never stay here or recommend it to anyone.

Don’t stay here unless you want to wake up COVERED IN BED BUG BUTES! Stayed here for a business conference and had intended to stay for an extended visit with my husband. Woke up covered in PAINFUL bites on my legs. Consulted with my dermatologist who confirmed they were bug bites and ordered a steroid cream.

Called them and they switched rooms and said they would order an “inspection” which came back “negative” and accused me of “reacting to the detergent”. I asked to see the report and they said they “were not allowed” to share it per their policy. Complete lack of transparency and responsibility and horrendous service. Not what I expect as a Hilton honors member. I won’t be staying at this or any Hilton hotel again.

The carpets are extremely stained and dirty. The furniture was old and stained. Our room smelled like dirty feet. The remote control did not work half the time. I felt dirty just staying here. If cleanliness is important to you do not stay here. I would not recommend this hotel! The only positive to this hotel is the location.

Needs a little tlc, but the staff was wonderful with the exception of one young woman working the Hilton Honors desk Thursday night.

I was there all week for a conference, and while the property was exceptionally busy it never was dirty or cluttered.

I can’t help but feel a little catfished. Check in/out was super easy. I requested a room upgrade to the fireworks view because my friend and her family ended up coming as well and we wanted connecting rooms. However, the room was dated and not very clean. There was a terrible musty wet dog smell which we got used to… but next door in my friends room, they didn’t have that smell. We stayed 4 nights and got our room serviced twice while there and both times they came in we had set some stuff to be thrown away that wouldn’t fit in the trash cans. They left those and took the garbage around it.twice. Then we got our towels restocked and the next morning we went to take showers and the towels were not dry. They were very damp. Not just a tiny bit but it felt like they took our towels and just folded them. I’m a Hilton snob all the way and even convinced my friend that this was where we needed to stay. She too feels a little catfished.

Never Again
Let me preface this review and say that I am in the hotel business, but not in direct competition with this property. With all the problems in the room My property would have taken this room out of service until the deficiencies were corrected.

I recently stayed a week at the Hilton Anaheim and all I can say is DON’T. Go somewhere else. Check in was terrible. Only one agent at the front desk it took over a half an hour to get checked-in and there were only 2 other guests checking in in front of me. For the $200+ per night I was charged “I feel like I was taken for a ride”.

We were assigned a room on the 6th floor. I had asked for a room close to the elevators as I have some mobility issues. I was in the room furthest from the elevators. The hallway needed the carpet cleaned marks on the wall. Wallpaper seams separating. A return air vent fan close to our room was clanking. I don’t know how the rooms directly adjacent to the fan were able to be rented.

The room wasn’t much better stains on the wallpaper adjacent to the headboard, 3 electric plugs and no USB plugs in the room. I had to buy a 2 power strips in to have enough outlets. We had to move a bed to get access to a plug so I could plug in my CPAP.

The grout in the bathroom was discolored. There was mold/mildew in the caulking around the tub. The mirror frame was discolored. I couldn’t tell if the discoloration was mold or the finish was worn off the frame.

The gift shop was priced astronomically. $ 7.00 for a small comb. 5.00 for a Mt. Dew.

I definitely did not get my money’s worth or any percieved value. I will not return if I am ever in Anaheim again.

I was here as Mr clean for sneakercon and it was at the convention center across the street. It was super clean in my room, nice lighting, good TV, great bathroom with a huge shower head, and a nice view. The downstairs gym was clean, well organized and easy to get to. The pool was very clean, new towels at the location, and open till 10pm which was nice. The first floor was so nicely laid out like a giant architectural welcome space. The concierge was friendly and informative. It is super close to Disneyland as well. The food seems a bit high so maybe sparingly eat on location as there are a few nice inexpensive options under a 1 mile walk away. Still though, the presentation at the good options are very nice at the hotel.

Stayed there this past weekend. Horrible experience out of the 5 times I've stayed there. I spoke with an employee in regard to my diamond membership upgrade. I was told they are free and there are no restrictions, and they were subject to availability. Fast forward to today, I checked out and receive my bill for almost $1,000.00. I called in to dispute the bill and spoke with Moises at the front desk first. He was completely disrespectful and dismissive of my issue, even to the point where he was laughing on the phone. He then transferred me to his manager Johanne, who was just as disrespectful.

Johanne wasn't much help either. I offered to share proof from my Hilton app of the conversation with the Hilton employee, but he refused to even review the proof I have in regard to what I was told by his Hilton employees.

I've filed a complaint with their customer service and have to wait 72 hours. I will now have to go through the process of dispute the charge for the bogus charges. I am hoping that in 72 hours, they will do right by me and reverse the charge.
Not to mention, the room I stayed in was dated and horrible. The shower was rusted, the bathroom sinks were leaking everywhere. The couches were dirty and stained.

09/08/2023: Stayed at this property as I was attending a conference at the convention center. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious. I enjoy staying here as it's comfortable and located near great food outlets.

My only negative is that Starbucks is always super busy with the morning rush. The line is forever long, they do not have mobile ordering, and you do not receive SB stars when you make a purchase. Though I'll stay at this hotel again, I'll definitely think twice before waiting in line at this SB.

The location is great, so you should just stay at the Marriott across the lot. They are way better. The service was rude when we called with simple questions. The beds were so uncomfortable that we woke up everyday with back pain. The pillows were so bad that we had to ask for more, only to be told there’s a limit to how many we can have. The parking garage and rooms are super oddly organized. That being said, the one nice thing other than location is their fitness center. However, no one takes care of it. There were weights everywhere. Go stay at the Marriott. It’s basically the same price but 100x better. I wish I could get my money back
