Excellent hotel, clean, quiet, convenient, comfortable. Excellent service. Easy to reach downtown San Francisco and FREE parking only minutes from SFO.

I gotta say, this place expressed me a bit. Reception was great, the place seems newer, clean, checked in about 4: 00pm, girls at the front desk were, really great, even had an white envelope waiting for me with my name, hand written on it in the room.
WOW, yes a big WOW.

+1 of the other people with the "Worst experience ever" comment. As a Hilton Diamond tier member, we chose this hotel over others that are closer to our event expecting a smooth day. What a mistake.

The "supervisor" basically told me that they are not participating ANY benefits for diamond tier members. We don't even have the free bottled water in the room as the normal members. Not to mention other benefits. Honestly felt we were nickeled and dimed for even a short one-night stay. Supervisor said "you are welcome to call HILTON to complain. We don't participate anything. If you don't see the fine prints on the website when you book the room it's your fault. " But I CALLed to book the room!

I'm not sure I've ever had a worse experience staying at a Hilton property. We had reserved a double Queen room. When we arrived we were told no double queen rooms were available because every single one was under renovation. We were offered a king room with a rollaway bed. Right away we said this offer was unacceptable. We told the front desk worker, Sean, that this was an unacceptable change, and he told us that we made our reservation too early and double queens were not an option for reservations now. We asked why we weren't contacted to be informed that our reservation had to be changed and were told that they were not responsible for letting us know.

We asked for a change in our accommodation to give us the two beds we reserved and were told since we booked through points no change to the reservation was possible. This is not what I've ever experienced at any Hilton property. I perceived this as the first of many lies Sean made to us. I asked for my Hilton Diamond member upgrade to a suite and was told that he cannot upgrade our reservation because it's booked with points. This also seemed to be a lie. When I pushed the matter he said no suites were available, which probably was also a lie. Finally we agreed to the king room and asked for comped breakfast. Sean said that only his manager could do that. When we asked for the manager he said the manager was not available, also a lie.

When we got to our room the entire hallway and room smelled strongly of paint. We quickly got headaches and felt ill. We called Hilton Diamond help line, who called Sean, and miraculously a double queen room, that didn't smell like paint, was available.

We asked for comped breakfast again for our inconvenience and were told that his manager, who now could be contacted, said that matter was considered "resolved" despite the hour we wasted trying to resolve it.

I have never felt less valued as a Diamond member. I have never had a worse experience at any Hilton property. At the very least we should have been contacted to tell us no double queen room was available. We should never have been placed on a floor of the building that smelled like wet paint. We should not have had to call the diamond desk to resolve our issue. We should have been given breakfast comped at our request for our inconvenience.

The room was mostly clean and acceptable, but the service was terrible.

Very clean, rooms are quiet, and bathrooms are newly remodeled. Staff is friendly. Breakfast is delicious. We appreciated the discounted coupon upon checking in.

Worst experience ever of my 43 years of staying at a hotel. I checked in digitally on my app before my flight. My flight got canceled, I went the next morning, my digital key wasn’t available. They canceled my reservation and then charged me $299 for the first night and then $329 the second night and third night. My co worker got charged $149 for the same type of room. They ripped me off. Bad. Breakfast is $20. I got the pre made eggs and potatoes, and sausage. Was charged $20. My co worker got the same thing, plus a yogurt and he was charged $10. This hotel has ruined me on Hilton hotels. I loved Hilton hotels, but I think I will try different chains now. When I go back to this area to work, I will definitely not stay here ever again. I suggest anyone reading this that lives far away from here that cannot control flights…. To not stay there.

This property has become one of my personal Top 5.
Quiet. Close to everything. Great food and cocktails (way better than most 3 Star properties). Stellar service.
Weak fitness center, but hey, no one's perfect. ;)

The room is nice and clean, but the server for breakfast is super rude and I did not get the breakfast I paid for.

I prepaid the breakfast and get down to have breakfast at 9: 45. I showed them my voucher and was expecting someone to take the order, but no one come. When I went asking them, the server told me ordering breakfast is closed and I can just have some stuffs from the buffet, which is bread oatmeal and leftover fruit. The kitchen stand is still open making orders and they have a bunch of bacon, eggs and potatoes left and even not willing to offer that. They seem to just rush to get off the work. The photo is what I eat for a prepaid breakfast in the end. I feel very disappointed to have such a bad experience.

Very good location and very nice hotel. Was like a luxury hotel at a good price. The staff is friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel. Plus, easy drive to the airport at SF (10 min).

The only thing this hotel has going for it is the free parking and a nice breakfast. The rooms are not cleaned well, it's way overpriced, and they charged my credit card even after I confirmed payment was settled with my employer.

I'm really impressed with this hotel. The service is really fast and attentive, they gave me free hot breakfast vouchers for each day of my stay (actual cooked to order breakfast, not just a buffet), the shower in my room was recently and tastefully renovated with Moen fixtures, and they had a chair in the room that I recognized as a Herman Miller Mira v2. You can tell they spent to make the room (a deluxe king, I think?) as comfortable as possible. At the same time, the hotel was quite reasonably priced; I wasn't expecting this level of furnishing at this price point. Location wise, you're in Bridgepoint Circle in Foster City, and have easy access to shops, restaurants, an ice rink, and Route 92.

Not a fan. This hotel location was okay but the policies around breakfast and payment was the stupidest thing I have heard.

The young lady working the desk from timesheet 5/14 was on point. I train 5-star teams, and implement HR and IT. She's got it. Recognize her.

The rooms were not clean, the drapes had all sorts of things on them, and the sink area when wiped with my personal sanitized wipers, had gank on them. The bathroom showers left a whole lot to be desired.

Compared to other Garden Inns we've stayed at, the room was quite small. Hate when the toilet is so low to the floor that it is difficult for an older person to comfortably use it. Restaurant too expensive for what you get.

The hotel is ideal for business travelers. The proximity to local food options in conjunction with the surrounding business offices - all in true walking distances makes this my go-to for future trips.

On top of this core service the staff are the best in showcasing customer service. The planned cab pick-up did not go as expected. Instead of having me go thru any degree of anxiety the GM, Rene Marin, heard the issue and without hesitation stated he would take me to the airport. While it is a short drive - 15 minutes, the fact he stepped in and resolved the issue warrants the highest praises possible. So yes, good location, fair prices, clean establishment and qualify customer service from arrival to departure.

I was a day early to pick up my son and his friend at SFO (thanks hubby!), and I live almost 4 hours away so I needed a place to stay. The staff was so nice. They gave me a toothbrush and toothpaste since I had nothing with me. I've never stayed at a Hilton Garden Inn I didn't like.
