Hilton Head County Park, El Cajon CA

Growing up as a kid during the major drought of the 1980's, parents would bathe their kids and friends/neighbors kids by having them run around in the sprinklers. 'Not a bad idea.

Nice park. Clean and has restrooms. Big turf field for sports practices. The playground equipment is in good shape and appears to be well-maintained. We visited in the winter, so the splash pad was not running.

One of my favorite places to walk. The park is well maintained and has a lot of regular folks to wave to and chat with.

We brought a group of senior citizens for a picnic in the park and had a wonderful time enjoying all the activity that surrounded us.

Very cute park. We had a company event there so I didn't see the whole park. Just the playground and picnic area. We reserved our tables

Liked it a lot. Love that there are trees and shaded tables around the water area. My only complaint is that the water shuts off exactly at 4pm. Even in the Summertime. It should stay open later.

This park needs additional help keeping it clean. It's always busy with parties and tons of kids and dog walkers. Every time I go there is trash and at times hazardous items on the ground.

Had my daughters 2nd birthday here. Plenty of parking around the area. Come early to get a gazebo. Or reserve a big one in advance. Good people. No problems. Love the splash pad and play area.

This is an enjoyable part to share with family and for sports venues. We come here weekly for girls rugby practice, and occasionally have our weekly games held at this park. Aperiod the park is clean and it is in a nice community ice community.

This place is in a nice area and the park was very clean we went on a weekend after trying to find a place everywhere with no luck but got a table and barbaque to ourselves here. Definitely a place we will return to.

This park has lots of open space and the playground structure accomodates all ages. During the summer months (May through October) there is a splashpad thats open from 11 to 4 and it is so much fun for the kids in the HOT East County weather. With the new turf on the upper field the weekly Rugby games are so much fun and the kids arent hurting themselves during practices during the week. This park is the best place to bring your kids throughout the week and on the weekend even though there are lots of birthday parties, this is still a GREAT park here in San Diego. But don't forget to bring some sunscreen or an umbrella because the trees do not provide alot of shade from the direct sunlight.

It was nice park but small area. Splash area will be open on May 1 to October 30. Require to buy wristband to play.

Nice park. It's a great resource for the community. It has extensive play equipment (for children), swings, a basketball court, bathroom, gazebos (that you can rent), and synthetic grass baseball field. The only downside is that parking is very limited. Otherwise, I recommend the location for community events.

Beautiful, clean, open space country feeling, bathroom's clean. Limited parking.but worth going to this park, teaching the girls soccer and good sportsmanship.

Cool place but needs more parking. Pretty crowded but was pleasant to let the kid run loose.
