Hilton Long Beach

Purchased the park and go package because we were going to Catalina. When we got back on Sunday, the driver side window of the car had been broken and the front desk said “oh yeah that happened 3 days ago. ” No one called us to let us know either and also told us 3 other cars has been broken into. The front desk acted as if we were a bother and took over an hour to get a vacuum for us. 0/5 stars. Would not recommend.

What an amazing stay! The front lobby is absolutely gorgeous! It is super modern, unique, and clean, with the most beautiful red shiny walls and interesting flower bouquets! And if the decor wasn’t enough, the front desk staff has so much kind powerful energy, that I’m sure even if the lobby was old and broken down, they would make that place shine with their personalities and smiles! After having a very rough time through my travels, it almost made me tear up how kind and helpful the staff at this hotel are! Even a kind housekeeper stopped to say hello (and having done that work before, that meant a lot knowing how much she probably had to get done!) I wish I could give you much more than 5 stars! Thank you thank you! ️

Really I am shocked.this is a motel disguised in a Hilton hotel.
1-The rooms are so very outdated.
2- the ac doesn't function as a heater so when taking a shower you really need to dry before coming out of the bath room
3- the matress, oh my God I swear that I woke up with in pain. My matress at home is way better.
4-the pool was so much dirty. Has like sand in th÷ bottom and a lot of dead flys (insects) on the water.
5- the bath rooms are so very outdated.

Seriously stay away from this hotel. For this price you really can get a better places

Convenient location in downtown Long Beach. Walk south on Golden Shore and follow the bike path for scenic views of the south side of downtown.

If was my birthday weekend and my woman prepared a weekend getaway, it was amazing, I would definitely return.

Karen Kohn was very welcoming and had great information on the local area. Very nice greeting on arrival.

Room accommodations were fine. Pool brings out some real winners. Lots of street noise by pool. Can’t walk around neighborhood.

Very poor customer service.
I am a Gold member, yet didn’t meet the expectations.
Poor parking structure yet you have to pay for $27/night.
Poor check in policy, will not accommodate your early check in request even if it’s just 10 mins early.
We arrived at the hotel at 2: 40PM. Said rooms are not yet available and waiting time is about an hour or so, seriously?
We stayed at your hotel to relax and not stress out but we didn’t get a relaxing stay.
Worst Hilton hotel i’ve stayed in so far.
Book a different hotel if you have a chance.

From the moment we checked in the staff was polite and efficient, Miranda tracked down a cart for our luggage and wheeling it out to our car while we were unloading. Thank you Miranda and Michael for making us feel welcomed!

Overall had a good experience. The lobby is gorgeous. My partner and I were just passing by so we only stayed for one night. The room is spacious and the bathroom is neat. The only complaint I have is the lack of directions to the back of the hotel. Their parking lot was full so they directed us to the back of the hotel and there are no signs of entrance.

Hotel was clean and well staffed. Not happy I had to pay for wifi and also pool side was littered with empty beer cans. Restaurant selections were slim and over priced but food quality was very good.

Easy check in process… great customer service… definitely coming back… Karen was so helpful and made sure everything was taken care of.

Overall the hotel is nice. Solid location and I felt safe. Bar area is coo and breakfast was tasty. The standard rooms are a great size and fairly well updated. The walls are thin so i girls hear my neighbors talking (I was in an adjoining room). You can also hear the toilets flush from other rooms. The blackout curtains are the truth! Literally the room looks like night at 2pm. I wasn't impressed with the cleanliness of the room. The floor had multiple stains and my towel had stains on it too. There was also a random non hotel towel left in the closet.

Everything was so clean peaceful the workers are really nice and respectful. I'd come bk here to stay again.

Never would stay here a bunch of fake Hilton's can't. Entertain me im sure am overpriced hotel in the middle. If shitsville.employed with the same vagrants that make the The visit oh so much more disgusting and indefinitely forgettable. If Paris won't stay at this. Hilton why would you
