Hilton San Francisco Airport Bayfront, Burlingame CA

Their room was very noisy due to a generator. A staff said that he will deliver to us an earplugs but he never came. We got terrible headaches the following day due to lack of sleep

We stayed at the hotel for 12 nights and had one of our best trips in San Francisco. Yes the hotel has an old construction, but it’s so well maintained. Our room was clean and the staff has been polite and helpful in all our request. A special thanks to the entire Staff at the dining area and the front desk.
We would totally recommend this place for family and the area around is clean, safe and picturesque ️

Nice hotel, friendly and helpful front desk staff. Airport shuttle departs daily every half hour. Nice new clean shuttle bus.

First of all the Filipino staff are great. The place is clean. Our room was clean as well.

But Teena, the receptionist is not prompt and does not observe first come first serve basis… I came and so she was talking to me already, she asked for our IDs since my husband was in the car with our kid just upfront parking, so I said I will get his ID, and when I came back in, she was already serving another person, and made me wait for 20 minutes. It was not nice at all.

Checked in on the 15th floor which I thought, this is going to be great. No, room was not a suite only a small regular room. Smelled old and needed to be updated. Bed was lumpy and when I explained to the front desk manager he said he could call Embassy suites and see if they have any suited available. I will never stay here again

Money machine, no service. Paid 135 dollars for one Night with Bay view and breakfist for 2. When we arrived we realised I booked 10th May instead of 9, so we asked to get the date updated. They wouldn’t help us out at all, No Money back and No change. And because it’s different Price every Day, we had to pay 180$! More for tonight with NO Bay view and NO breakfist! Minimale service. They could let me pay the dif.or at least say we already paid for breakfist so that was included, who cares what Day it is, breakfist is breakfist. Even had to wait 35 minuts to be told they could’t help us, because “the college who could help, was having his lunchbreak”.

I have stayed at Hilton Bayfront many times and have learned lots of the ins and no outs of the hotel. Overall I am quite happy with the facility. Room are spacious and comfortable, especially for an older hotel. Very quiet rooms for being so close to the airport. Amazing bay views. Beds that are sooo comfy!

Some wonks- Desk staff has seen MUCH turnover, and I have seen such varied levels of “care. ” Many I have encountered at the desk were simply awful. As if they are being tortured to be there at a service desk! Such poor attitudes for a service position!

Exec lounge is a nice place to hang, but the regular guy who works in the lounge afternoon/ evening is horrible! Impatient and rude! When I see him there, I leave. They have nice drinks and snacks, but no ice? I have to ask the rude server for ice and he rolls his eyes and makes snippy comments about being busy? No thanks! Why not a self serve ice machine when you have them on every floor except the lounge level? Strange!

Have you placed cameras and security in the basement parking? I heard about lots of car break ins!

In default room rate there is nothing complimentary - neither breakfast, nor even apples in a lobby. When you pay for breakfast you need to pay $2 extra for each cup of coffee.

But view to the bay and planes approaching to landing is really nice.

Stayed 2 night at the hotel, close to airport with free shuttle up and down. They have all the amenities with descent rooms. I used the gym, but it really needs some new machines. One treadmill was not working and the other one was shaking. I guess they need to check other hotels around the area to keep up with the competition

Shower didn’t drain properly, you’d think they’d check something so basic before turning over a room. Mold on shower curtain. Again easy to address or change. Overcharged on my stay and had to call to get that fixed so wasted time unnecessarily.

Nice hotel, but seriously over priced. We went to the Hilton Bay Front for a family vacation. We always stay at Hiltons. This was one of the nicest Hiltons we have ever stayed at but for the amount of money they charged us it felt like they were shaking us down for things- $35 a night for self parking, $10 for wifi- at $250 a night wifi should be free. The food was also high priced and just okay. They did a great job with up keep of the facility but they were cheap about the heated pool, towel changes- I felt a little ripped off. I wouldn't come back.

Free shuttle to and from the airport. It's in a spot with a great view from the bay. Room was very spacious and clean. The staff was great. I ate at the restaurant twice and was not disappointed.

The hotel is immaculate. The rooms are huge and the view is wonderful. My only complaint is the air conditioning in the room I had never really got the room cold. I woke up multiple times throughout the night due to that. I'm sure they would have fixed it had I said something, but I was tired and doesn't want to force myself awake. However, again, the hotel is immaculate.

Nice chicken wings in the bar. Remember to put do not disturb sign on if you don't want to be walked by the housekeeper at 8am.

Convenient hotel if you have a flight next day or so. Free shuttle available which goes every 20 mins (punctual), parking is $14 on the weekdays. I went there at the end of my trip, I dropped the rental vehicle at the SFO rental return and took the sky train to the SFO airport, got out of the terminal and the hotel shuttle picked us up to go to the hotel! Shuttle will pick you up from any terminal! Saved me parking $

Bed and bathroom were good. Room was fairly updated. Television system was out for part of my stay.

Everything is fine as long as you don't try to reach a manager. I've called at least 6 times and left multiple voice mails, 8 hours later I'm still waiting

Rooms were well kept and the location was beautiful. Great time here before heading back home from vacation.

Service nice place to stay close to the Bay Area in the Bay Area cuz the water nice place to walk around

Good location for the airport and thats about where the good parts end. Getting run down like a lot of Hilton’s that use to be my favorite. Don't care for the food there either.
