Very nice.efficient service, new renovated room, carpet, elevator etc. Room was nicely decorated. Excellent location, near many chinese restaurants, Raavi Indian, Trieste caffe.

Amenities were lacking. Upon check in, we were told our room was overbooked and they wanted to put us un a room without a bay view. That wasn't ok. It was a special occasion and we wanted this view in particular. So they moved us down 5 stories to the 7th floor with what they called a bay view. I guess seeing a sliver of the bay is that? Not ok with us.
Upon getting to the room, there was no way to keep our food and drinks cold. No fridge. No microwave either? I don't remember the last time I stayed in a hotel without at least one of those.
The website said we would have robes in the room? Nope. Nonexistent.
I tried calling the front desk several times with no answer.
Front desk person, Danny, was super rude.
I won't be staying there again!

Resort fee makes no sense. Food options are poor. Overall quality is not up to Hilton standards. I would not recommend this location, even for diamond members.

We checked out of that property this am. First of all, of 5 days we stayed there, twice our room wasn’t cleaned. Once we had to make a trip to the front desk, the second time we returned to an uncleaned room and decided to let it go. Luckily, it was our last night there. You have to leave the room early in the am for the housekeeping to do anything. If it doesn’t fit their schedule, you are on your own. We tipped our cleaning lady $10, it didn’t help the next day.

Their in-app digital key never worked. It did in the elevator. But not to open our room door. Several trips downstairs and several assurances that “now it’s working” lead to nothing but more frustration. They can’t make them work. ;-)

In addition, their breakfast to go place is closed; the promised grab-n-go breakfast never materialized. The downstairs cafe features latte on their menu but in reality all they have is coffee. The location is such that there are virtually no restaurants (other than Starbucks.) I’ve been staying in that hotel for a couple of decades. I think I am done.

Good experience. Not fancy by any means, but good customer service and very easy check in and out process. The location is great for walking around Chinatown and the person that checked me in recommended me to a great restaurant for dinner!

I will give 0 star if it's an option. The staff is irresponsive and redirect us to voice mail all the time. The security is horrible, we got our stuff stolen there and received no help. After a month there is still no reply. Won't go back again

I expected alot better from a Hilton branded hotel. You can tell this location has-been around for awhile. The rooms are dated can definitely use an upgrade. My friend and I had to change rooms because of low shower pressure. The next room we went onto had a faulty air conditioner so we slept hot in the room. I would never stay there again. Only thing I liked was the location.

Overcharged me for parking when there wasnt any attendants to assist me. Other than that the stay was nice, premium bay view rooms nice but the counters are a bit obscuring

Great views. But nothing special about this hotel. I've been in nicer Garden Inns and Hamptons. Rooms are small and dated. Missing mini fridge. No Onsite restaurant due to covid. Good location and friendly staff though.

Seriously, the benefits of being a Diamond Member for Hilton have declined so much…loyalty means nothing. My complimentary breakfast is now a $12 food credit, so I owe the hotel more money. Housekeeping is a special request. Hilton really needs to raise their standards. They are just using the pandemic as an excuse for poor service. As a constant business traveler I am tired of the pandemic excuse, just make the hotel comfortable and return to the loyalty benefits!

I now understand. The view isn't so hot but I wouldn't care except for they want to charge.me by the day for wifi. So I'm leaving just over that, there are infinite places to stay in this city and I thought the Hilton name would be safe. Starbucks gives me free wifi for a coffee, Hilton wants $15 a day after I paid $150 for a room at 10pm. It's just insulting.

It could be a 4-star hotel, but to me it should be rated 3 stars. The appearance looks old and dirty. The setup is ok. The only feature that is different from other Hiltons is the Chinese theme at the entrance. The setting in the guest room is typical 3-star. The insulation is poor. I can hear any noise from the hallway. My friend couldn’t sleep because the TV next door was on all night. No free bottle water in a 4-star hotel? The service is not bad especially the first person who checked in for us. Sorry I forgot his name, only remember his beard and professional manner. In general, this Hilton has a lot of potential to improve.

Loved the HILTON hotel great stay experience. Only complaint with the heavy bathroom sliding door? Tough for children to fully close the heavy door, other then that great location in the city.

I am staying here now. Upon arrival 45$ added on for parking for each day you stay. As well as 50$ if you have a pet. These fees were not mentioned anywhere on there website when booking. I booked directly with Hilton not a third party. I've never stayed at a hotel where I can hear the next room listening to music so clearly. And I've stayed at many hotels and MOTELS. The walls are paper thin. I mean it's the hilton and I can't even give a 4 star review for a 4 star HOTEL. And to this hotel a queen size is bed is a full. I have a queen at home and I can confidently say this is NOT a queen size bed. I will not be booking here again.
