This seminar was great and had lots of useful information. Much of it was review, a great refresher, especially for topics where maybe I started doing some things incorrectly over the years. I am glad I took this seminar to learn about the new changes coming for ICD coding. Also, I learned more ways to strengthen my billing and documentation skills. I will be reaching out personally for more help when needed.

I really wasn't looking forward to spending 8 hours talking about insurance. I'm glad I did! I learned a lot! One of the biggest things that I found lacking in my education was billing. I understand why it wasn't a highly covered topic in school, but being out in private practice, it would have come in handy. This class helped me understand things I thought I already knew. It also gave me some new information I didn't know I needed.

Sam is always so informative in his seminars. Although I do this every year (for about 15 years now) I always learn something new! It is how we keep our office on track and relevant to the insurance rules and so much more.

I know this is “just” a billing seminar, but every time I hear Sam present about billing and coding correctly, I feel like it makes me a better chiropractor in general for my patients. You do the right thing for your patients in the first place, then learn how to tell the story of what you found and how you helped the patient through the codes. Insurance billing is just like a language and becoming proficient in it gets you paid.
