The staff was very helpful, they pointed me to the right direction every time I asked for help. Great prices and cute clothes, that’s why I continue coming back.

If we're not allowed to try on clothes then maybe it's too early for the store/ mall to be open

The stylist was really accommodating to me and really supportive. She's going to find the best dress that fits my size. I left at the end of the day, wearing the beautiful dress that I had purchased. Uh, thanks!

I had a great experience in this store, thanks to Gary. He was very sweet and helped me reset my account so I could get my reward points (unlike a member of staff at UTC H&M a few days prior). He took the time to help me. Very friendly and great customer service. He is a real asset to H & M. In the world we live in today it was nice to see Gary treat me with respect. Gives me hope. I was making a return from online. I had the package and everything inside with me, but there was no receipt inside. I was only able to get store credit and for the sale prices only if I returned in store. The manager was not helpful and rude. I called customer service and they pulled my whole order up by phone number and emailed me a receipt, plus shipping label. It took them maybe 2 minutes. I recommend not dealing with this store. Save yourself a headache. They were not helpful at all.

Nice selection but couldnt concentrate on shopping too many sales people looking to see what i am doing.yes racial profiling.couldnt hide it if they tried.kept following me even in my nursing outfit. Sad!

Kinda bored. Seems like maybe they could consolidate and reiterate. Still feels kinda over priced for quality of clothes. Go for sales. Fine for kid clothes

The clothes are okay, but the quality is not great. Grabbed some t shirts that shrank up a ton when I washed them.
