Nice place to shop, big inventory and selection.prices are high for what you get quality wise.but a nice store.

Would not recommend this location. The manager, Vanessa, said she couldn’t do a refund back to an item purchased with a gift card, even though I still had the gift card and receipt with and it was within 30 days. She said I could only do an exchange. Went to another H&M location and they refunded it for me.

Max was really helpful on helping me style my clothes and find the best bang for my buck! Thanks max! Now I can walk the runway and do our next Photoshoot with confidence. YES I am a model.

Need to add level!

It’s always a journey finding the stores level from the parking. Can’t that be added to the address?

Usually not very crowded. Not a lot of stuff compared to the stores at Citadel or Century City.

Found what I looked for and the selection is not limited in size wise. Oh.lol. Look for the guy with green hair. He will be helpful. Just don't get to carried out. Hahaha.

I went to return a dress twice the first time that we didn't have a receipt so that was okay The line was 45 minutes. The second time we came back the line was an hour and a half they checked over the dress and The part where they pull off the sensor was ripped by the clerk who originally did it and they didn't accept the dress for a store credit.

I always like shopping at H&M. They have great merchandise at a very reasonable price. You will definitely find something that you like. I found some good deals on their sale rack. I purchased one t-shirt and one polo shirt for $8 for the both of them. Definitely would recommend this store.

It seems like we’re not the only ones complaining about the same issue. If customers are not allowed to try on clothes, then have that posted ALL OVER the store. My husband tried on a jacket and a cashier left his customer to tell my husband ‘hey man you can’t be trying on clothes’ 1. There’s no sign and 2. Learn how to talk to people! No discretion whatsoever.

Store turned us away even though their hours of operation say closing is at 8. We had driven 30 mins to this location. Call before you arrive. Poor customer service.

I just had an awful experience in the store. I was trying on a blazer when a sales associate started yelling across the store that I can't try it on. First of all, I didn't know I couldn't do it. Second, she should've come up to me and tell me in person. I was embarrassed as other customers were all looking at me.
