Slim/skinny fit seems to be the store policy in men’s trousers. Also, sizes on store tags did not match sizes sewn in waistband. Men walk to another floor to find their fitting room downstairs.

H & M rocks! Great style and quality and prices. Both a couple of long sleeve t-shirts for kids and a black crossbody purse because the price was right.

Do not come here with the intent of getting any help from the sales associates. If you cant be bothered to answer 1-2 quick questions about the clothing in your store and 5 seconds is the limit you are willing to help someone before walking away while they’re still talking with you, it’s time for you to find another job. This happened twice while I was here today. I mean I get it retail isn’t easy. Not a good experience here today.

There wasn't as many designs choices to choose from as there was during the last spring & summer

I would never shop there after my experience today and being racially profiled. There were several shoppers who left out of the store empty handed yet my family is the only one discussed over the walkie talkie due to not making a purchase. Little did they know my cousin was in the fitting room while they were describing what we were wearing and sharing our location in the store and overheard everything. Definitely a turn off.

Came here after a 3 hour drive to walk up and get greeted at the door by some lady who said "sorry we close in 2 minutes" which I guess meant they close at 6: 54pm on Fridays. Just a heads up in case you try walking in here at 6: 52pm on a Friday.

Wow very impressed with the young gal that helped me at the register. I wish I had gotten her name. What a sweetheart she was. Thank you sweet girl!

Best H&M store that I've been to. They always got some amazing deals which you can use.

I love the selection variety for kids and women. However the members that work here aren't friendly, welcoming or professional Alexis to be specific.

Their selection was actually pretty good here but they took way too long to check out. And they didn’t have any line markers to know where to stand so it was kind of a free for all. If you’re at the mall, fine. But I can’t imagine coming out of my way for this store.

Great store with clothes that are affordable and don't break the bank. Don't forget to check out their clearance racks!
