Christina is simply the rudest most unhappy person and so it is horrible to work with her. She treats people horribly and as the post below said would be fired at any real business. Provides horrible customer service.

Whatever you do, not use this management company. I have never dealt with anyone so unprofessional, rude, and incompetent as Christina Bielfelt. If she worked for anyone else, she would definitely be fired. She has the most unpleasant demeanor and thinks it's ok to yell at people who are paying her for a service. And when I called her out on being incompetent, she wrote me the most inane response. Most people would have the sense to apologize and reassure their client such incompetence would not happen again. But no, she responds in the most immature way saying she didn't appreciate my comments. If you ask a question, they never respond. And when they do, they are not very helpful. They sent board members a document with new legislation on HOAs with very little background information or explanation. I asked them to explain the new legislation and she told me to figure it out myself. On several occasions she rudely asked me to do their job, which we are paying for! HOA Made Easy is the worst. I wish I could give them zero stars because that is what they deserve.

Looking forward to getting on the board at my building so I can convince the other members to drop this company.

Slow responses to questions (if any at all) and generally just bad at what they advertise to be (a conduit between residents and board members).

We went to HOA Made Easy after 3 horrible years with LBPM who mismanaged our funds. Our experience has been quite positive in that that they are responsive, return phone calls and emails on a timely basis, and repairs are getting done. Things that had been neglected in years are finally getting addressed.
I found Christina Bielfelt and Denise Bergmans to be very attentive and knowledgeable. Most importantly, the Board has access to viewing our financials so there are no sudden surprises, and no bills are paid without the Board’s prior approval.
This may sound like basic stuff but given the terrible management that we experienced at LBPM, they were a breath of fresh air!

A good HOA management company is hard to find. Don't stop here, please keep searching. I wish 0 stars was an option. I can't even believe these two, Denise and Christina, have any clients. I feel sorry for each and every one of them. I would also assume after multiple bad reviews they begged their friends to write good ones for them to push them down to the bottom. Please read all the negative REAL reviews. They are awful, unorganized and unprofessional. I would be happy to share more if needed. I don't want any one else in the same situation or have to deal with people like them.

Both Denise and Christina are great, having them managing our HOA made a huge difference for us. They are very professional and always on top of things. I highly recommend them!

Agree with the previous review, this company is the worst especially the employee listed Denise, completely incompetent, really doesn't seem to care. They took over my building and everything went downhill. They don't do anything and are non-responsive, except to collect your money. Don't let your board sell you on this awful management company.

This is the worst management company you'll ever encounter, contact me for details, it would be a looong review to write, specially about DENISE BERGMANS and the way she makes "business". Honest advice stay away from HOA made easy and this woman or you'll suffer the consequences. Just trying to protect homeowners. Check yelpers if you have any doubts.
