Hoag Urgent Care Aliso Viejo

I’m from Pittsburgh, PA and have
family in Aliso Viejo. Walked in with back spasms and was treated promptly.

Walk in was very easy. Wait time was much less than my family doctor's office. Provider was very friendly and efficient.

Dr. Kang is a wonderful doctor: no long lines I had my appointment, quick thorough, extremely pleased with all encounters from front desk to x-ray and my physician. I definitely will go back if there’s ever a need. So efficient and thorough everything you want in a healthcare facility Hoag urgent care does not disappoint.

Went to urgent care to find out my husband had Covid. Staff was pleasant and helpful and NP Courtney was super warm and knowledgeable!

Great experience! It was a little slow because it’s a Saturday, but overall the nurse and the practitioners were very kind and compassionate, moving me through the process of getting an x-ray as quickly as they could. Very knowledgeable and she had a background in sports medicine, which was exactly what I needed. A knee brace, and they gave it to me and also complete instructions on next steps.

Really great experience here. I've been here twice for myself and my child. Both times the doctors were thorough, caring and took their time to make sure all of my questions were answered. I've walked in and also made an appt on the website ahead of time. Both options were good. The "appointment" option was best as I did not have to wait as long in the lobby.

I have visited Hoag Urgent Care in AV a couple of times now. The clinic is clean, efficient, and the staff are caring and knowledgeable. I greatly appreciate having this health resource in our community and would recommend to anyone in need of urgent care!

I have been coming to this Hoag Urgent Care location for about 4 years. Every time I have had a great experience. Their staff is friendly, professional, curteous, and they will take really good xare of you. I have had the experience of getting Xrays, and Rona testing results in a timely manner.

Went there because I tested positive for Covid. They were fantastic and prescribed medication sending it to my pharmacy so I could pick it up on my way home. I have been there a few times before and always had a good experience.

I went in this afternoon for a nagging chest congestion and cough. It was an outstanding experience from signing in at the reception, the nurse triage, Dr. Tang’s examination, to the X-ray dept and out the door. Dr. Tang personally called to give me my results a few minutes ago.

Was there on a Friday evening. I was taken back almost immediately and vitals were quickly done. Doc came in shortly after and was very thorough. In and out in about 30 min. Very pleased

Today 9/24/2023 I saw Dr. Tyler McAtee at Hoag Urgent Care. He is excellent and gave the right diagnosis. He is very knowledgeable and could figure my problem. I very highly recommend him.
