Hobby Lobby reviews
15Amazing store but everytime I go they forget to add the sale price and I have to wait a while for price adjustments. Happens probably 4/5 times I go.
Lines are outrageous. Waited for almost an hour to check out with three items. Monica on register 11,6pmish on Nov 20 could NOT keep her finger out of her mouth. Every time she reached for a bag or paper to wrap items in, she stuck her finger tip in her mouth and sucked it. Every Time. I had plenty of time in line to observe in absolute disgust. She touched her terminal and customer products with the same hand constantly. Even in non-Covid times I would hope that would be seen as unacceptable.
I will never, ever shop at this location again, and intent to share with everyone the gross employee habits they can expect here. Get your act together.
Friendly customer service and lots of variety of items. I especially like the 40% off aisles
Long lines! And if a customer way ahead of you has issues expect a super long wait, I had to leave the store without my items because I had an appt.to get to
I needed sand for a project. They had 1.5 lb jars for $4 and then they had a 6 lb box with assorted colors for $9.99.
I wanted one solid color but I figured for the price I'd go for the 6 lb box. There was one box that was torn and I brought that to the counter and asked the girl if she could discount it because it was torn. And she told me that she couldn't because only the outside was damaged enough contents inside and I asked her she could verify all the pouches were in the box and she said no I can't I'd have to open it I said well the package is compromised enough that all of it might not be there. And she refused to discount it. Now there were boxes with newer packaging that were marked $9.99 this Haggard box was marked 1199 and she would not mark it down she would not verify the contents and she was going to make me walk clear to the back of the store ticket one of the newer boxes going to take the damage box that would probably have to be salvaged out.
I understand crafting and whatnot but this place is just full of cheap home decor, with I'd say good 60% of stuff having some sort of religious undertone stuff that's not willing to think what's best for the customer and the store. I try to avoid Amazon shop local but I'll never stop putting that store again. Michael's Joanne Amazon hobby lobby you're not the only game in town. Your prices are overinflated and the actual retail cost is what you pay after you apply your coupon and heaven help you if your phone dies or you forgot your coupon and they will not cut you anymore.
The manager rolled her eyes at me when I handed the cashier $100 bill.
The manger and cashier were rude unprofessional
Rang items up wrong. Then when I needed to return a few things, they used the messed up prices and gave me less than what was rightfully mine
I have never seen so many people without masks on. Really sad this place doesn't do more to protect its staff and customers. Higher prices are here so they have that going for them
At least they are very close to Kaiser Roseville. Your going to need it after this place.
Lots of people on Saturday, not the best day to go. Apparently a shortage of carts. Variety and quality on the products sold here.
Rotten customer service.
The guy when asked a question couldn't be bothered to stop to answer my question. Kept walking away from me.
So rude.
Please do not shop at the Roseville Hobby Lobby. This store has an ongoing problem with bullying and intimidation of employees by a manager. She is being protected by the company. Half of the employees have quit because of this. I had to tell my child to quit because she felt scared at work. Do not let your children work at this location.
Amazing! This place never disappoints! Their Christmas selection is always amazing! Be prepared for a tough time finding parking! And if you are a crafter, bring a truck lol
I love going to a store where I know they are going to have the product I am looking for, and also lots of new fresh ideas. Hobby Lobby is organized and clean and the staff are available if I can't find what I'm looking for.
I needed fabric for Days for Girls, as well as Makers Marketplace (a fundraising event) and got 30% off for the Days for Girls flannel, and 40% off for the Christmas fabric for my Makers Marketplace booth.
