4We have a Bonadele home so we didn’t call Hodges out… that’s who services are home within the warranty. However, the guy that has come out to do anything electrical is GREAT! We will use Hodges after our warranty. He is quick and friendly. (Red head with a beard)
I’m not sure who all these other people dealt with that had such great things to say about Hodges. They’re technicians are ok guys but the office staff is terrible and has an attitude problem. Dealing with these people was AWFUL 10 out of 10 don’t recommend
My home had some warranty issues that needed addressing. I spoke with Lisa who walked me through a few things and when we couldn't take care of the issue she scheduled an electrician to come out. He arrived on time and was able to take care of the issue in just a few minutes. Everything went so smooth and the entire team was very professional.

Excellent customer service. They seem to always go above and beyond. I've had them come over for service repairs 4 times and each time they were professional and quick to fix the issue. I'm talking same day service.
