Predatory leasing terms, aggressive sales team. Unfortunately my experience was very negative and in some ways my own fault. I was a bit distracted while signing the paperwork and got overcharged on the down payment. Didn't notice the amount until it was too late. Management didn't care to correct it and I left the dealership and will never go back or recommend this location.

I bought a car recently and worked with Roofina. She was very welcoming, communicative and made the process as easy as possible.

Give Jesse Alonso a raise or something. He's professional, polite, efficient, and looks at the best interest for my car. I get thats the job but he puts an effort to ensure customer knows what needs to be done so I can drive my car for years to come.

Be warned. They won't let you test drive certain cars. They will charge 1000 dollars to test drive a civic SI. They will not let you drive a Type R unless you are willing to buy it out right.
Obviously, cars are very expensive with inflation and other factors. 50,000 dollars average price is a lot to ask when you can't even test drive the car first. This dealership has a lot of turn over. If you talk to a salesman and you want to do business with them they probably won't be there tomorrow. And one more thing Do NOT take your Honda here for service. They will rip you off.

I purchased a Honda Accord Touring from this dealer on September 4th, 2023. Roofina was the sales person that i dealt with. The process was absolutely fantastic. There were no markups on the car (no extra unwarranted costs) and Roofina was a pleasure to work with. Would absolutely buy from the again with no questions asked.

New apartment doesn't allow tenants to work on vehicles. I never have problems with my vehicles when I service. Took my vehicle to get an oil change and found so many new problems. Corrosion on new battery, oil dip stick not closed, air filter still open, loosen bolts on oil pan and head gasket, & charged me for breaking serpentine tensioner. All this was added to vehicle problems list before problems started happening. 30 years of servicing my own vehicle and these problems are purposely caused for future issues. This is why I work on my own car. Life is better without parasites.

Daniel Dees from Hoehn Carlsbad really changed my perspective on dealerships in the best way possible. He was so helpful, kind, and was an angel for me!
For context, my AC on my 2020 Honda Civic stopped working about a year ago. I took it in while it was still under warranty and they told me they couldn’t help me. So since it was beginning to get cold around here I decided I’d wait to get it fixed.
Then summer came around, I have a 5 year old son, and we’d drive around everywhere with the windows down and even then it didn’t help all the time. So, I took it in again to the place that once said they couldn’t help me. I explained to them my experience and how my car was pretty new I just didn’t understand why it wasn’t working. Well Daniel told me he’d try his best to help me and he fulfilled his promise. He ended up being able to fix my AC and I couldn’t be more grateful. This year has been difficult for me so him working so hard to fix my AC really meant the world to me. Thank you Daniel!

I had such a wonderful experience buying my first Honda. I just bought my CRV Hybrid Touring from them. The process was so smooth and easy. I must say everything was possible because of Mason Epperson. He made everything possible. If you want a transparent salesperson trust me you would not regret going to him. I have never written review but If I could give this place a negative star I would.they forgot to collect deposit the day of my vehicle was purchased and 4 MONTHS LATER they remembered and one day to the other they expect you to pay. I as a customer did not think much of it when deposit was not collected I am very young so i do not have much knowledge but obviously when you purchase a vehicle you know you have the money there and then. Finance member also insinuated as i was not an honest person as i did not disclose anything of deposit not being collected the day of my vehicle purchase by setting an example of a person who called back and let the dealership THEY forgot to collect down payment. Finance person was just very rude and asked unnecessary questions as well when i let them know to give me at least a day or so to make payment. I just think it is very unprofessional as a dealership. 4 months later i am caught by surprise and have to pay 3K one day to the other really unfair i asked finance team if i may pay more than half amount and the rest in payments weekly and they said no. I really do understand the dealership point of view but on the other hand how do they expect a customer one day to the other caught by surprise to have 3k just laying around like i said when you purchase a vehicle you know you have the money there and then. Finance person stated to ask family members or whomever i needed to but PAYMENT HAD TO BE MADE. I am a previous Toyota owner and I know this would have never happened there so ridiculous. Do not recommend purchasing your vehicle here and if you do MAKE SURE THEY COLLECT YOUR DOWN PAYEMENT.

We purchased a Honda Ridgeline from Roofina Rivera and had an exceptional experience. She was extremely helpful and followed up very, very well during the purchase process. Kudos to her. Also, Diane Anderson was wonderful to support the purchase transaction as well!
