Restaurant Hokee Poke reviews
17Their Fire Nachos are delicious! I get them almost weekly! The bowls are also yummy and I get them whenever I’m super hungry. They are very filling and my boyfriend and I often struggle to finish both the nachos and the bowl.
I've gone 3 different times and they closed their doors early. The rest of the time they've made me wait or the staff argues about who has to deal with me and take my order. I would go to the other locations if you can.
The portion sizes are incredibly small for what they cost. I paid over $20 for a poke box that had maybe 1/2 cup rice and three tiny scoops of fish totaling about 1/4 cup. The rice was undercooked as well.
It was alright, not the best poke i had. It was picey for the amount i got honestly. The tuna wasn't even fresh and the staff was rude so instantly didn't feel welcome. Wouldn't come here again.
I came in here two weeks ago and had one of the worst cases of food poisoning I have ever had in my life. I was sick, everything coming up out of both ends. I will never go here again. If I could give this place a negative stars I would
$20 for large box that is less then 1/2 filled. Too cheap to even fill it up with rice. They charged us an extra 4% service fee. My son asked if the fish is fresh every day and the staff said yes. Then asked what he did with leftovers. “Oh we just put it n the fridge”. Who knows how many days it’s been stored in fridge. Never going back.
Food is good, but be prepared to have items missing from your order. Maybe staff is too busy with other things than to ensure the accuracy of orders. I would avoid doing a delivery service as they avoid checking on order accuracy.
Although the sauces was good, it was very expensive for the ridiculously small amount of scoop you get. 43 dollars for two bowls before tip. The most I ever paid for a poke bowl. Selection was limited and I couldn’t even eat the tuna because it tasted like it was a day away from expiration.
The Asian girl that was working there that day was also very rude. Had a attitude and was very impatient when we were asking questions.
Good service. Cute little spot. It was my first time to this place. Definitely will come back when I come to sac.
The young man serving the food-fish poke actually was wearing plastic gloves, but use both of his hands to scratch his head and continued serving people. We did not eat there.
I am addicted to sea food and sushi, ever since I started coming here it was so good. I ended up come back so often I became a regular at this establishment and getting to know and become friends with the workers here, they are always so nice and the food is always tasty and good I hope they never run out of business. Thank you
$15 and the portion is smaller than my cawk. Don't go here you will be disappointed. Mfker cheaper than the thrift store.
The taste okay but the portion and price is ridiculous. I got a spam musubi with two protein and rice combo and it cost me 19 bucks; and I think I got price for the bag as well.
Super yummy sushi in a bowl. I get it over the salad and its so healthy and low calorie. Love it.
Great value and taste. I added extras and took my time making choices, and the CSRs never rushed me or made me feel unwelcome. I would definitely return.
Food is overpriced and make me sick to the stomach I do not recommend unless you are just there for the service which is moderately decent.
Just received a pick up order. The container was 1/4 full with both large poke bowls. Attempted to call but the refused to answer AND closed three minutes later. Horrible business practice
