Great customer service been here twice and gotten what I needed go to holbrooks if you need anything

Me and my new roommate needed a new couch and went in and was helped immediately. He showed us a couch that was in our price range and offered to help with delivery. Really helpful.

Everything went great great price great people beautiful furniture received it before planned setup and finished the same day as it arrived. Wonderful service

Lost my dryer. Offered me a replacement but they had to convert it to propane. We came in to pick it up & when the rep couldn’t find the receipt tag he called the owner. The rep had already told me the dryer that we picked as a replacement was still back there (we took a picture of the new one bc we could see this happening already) but he had to call the owner. I could hear the owner telling the rep over the phone that we already picked it up and that we had to come back later once he investigated the situation. It has been weeks since they lost MY dryer & now he is accusing me of being a liar when they lost my dryer in the first place? ! I cannot believe how very unprofessional and insulting he has been.

If you want to walk into a store and immediatly be talked down to look no further! For the simple price of a couple hundred dollars you too can pre order a mattress and have it not get delivered a to your house! Thats right! But wait, the funs not over yet because they will drag it out and make it one expereince that is tough to follow, with their keeping old people waiting in a hot parking lot for over and hour technology and lack of phone skills they will keep you waiting for a matress that should have delivered days ago special! So come on and and spend your money because nothing says business like acting like youre better than all of your customers after you got their money in hand! (No refunds)

PLEASE EVERYONE BEWARE and read my review on YELP regarding this store and the manager TYLER.
I'm hoping that if anyone else has been through the same issue or similar, to please post on Yelp. It needs to be known and hopefully will help tó get more professional service and new manager rather than Tyler.

They beat everyone’s prices in town. Such an amazing deal and great people working there got my bed 20 minutes after my purchase:)

In such a hurry to make a sell that you end up with the wrong merchandise completely or a incomplete order. And his “word” doesn’t mean anything. No loyalty, no integrity, no shame.

My furniture was ordered and delivered sooner than the date i was quoted! I love my new bedroom set. I would definitely buy from Holbrooks again

I would put lower if I could. Went in the store most all sofas had a sign on them, don’t sit on. Ha ha ha, he said he would do a credit check if I qualify I can sit on the sofas. What a joke company

Went in to look for a used refrigerator but instead found a new one at a great price. Wish I would have known about this store when I bought my sofa set. Josh was super friendly and knowledgeable.

These 5 stars reviews are hilarious Tyler tafoya aka tyler holbrook has been sued so many times for not delivering what you pay for. Spent thousands at his "store" he delivered bunk beds about a yr late after constant tracking him down but six yrs later no matteress for my kids Thanks Tyler! If I could give negative stars he would get 5! Nothing but a coward and a liar dont ever shop here.

Awesome experience buying our new furniture from Holbrook’s Oroville. Tyler was friendly and knowledgeable and was very helpful in helping us find what we were looking for within our budget. The furniture was delivered in a timely manner and the delivery crew was nice and professional. We love our new furniture!

Just made a purchase from here, got great deal. Tyler and his team are down to earth, easy to work with and honest, would highly recommend.

Great place it's a must if your shopping for new furniture or mattresses or appliances in Oroville ca you won't find quality like you will here and the prices are unmatched very thankful for this place.

This issue with this place is customer service. I'm told a week at most my furniture will be delivered. Then a month goes by. And im being charged. After talking to who i needed to speak with, payment was stopped. Untill i received my table. I was harassed by the owner for payment after he dropped off table, Even tho the issue was with the credit services Holbooks uses, i had to show then statements i was already paying. I haven't returned since. Even with a added 30% next purchase. I wont return. Horrible service. Shady people.

At first everything went well the guy working there was super friendly so we ordered a bed. He Said it would get there that Friday we went in Monday. It took almost 2 months to get our bed. Every time I went in for an update he was not as friendly as the first time. All I ever wanted were updates & not once did I get a call untill I brought it up to him he called me once after that. He shouldn’t have given me dates he couldn’t promise. I will not recommend this place to any of my friends or family & definitely won’t be going back. I’m not one to leave reviews but thought I should share my experience & it looks like this has happened to many other people. Not to mention I found the same bed online for half the price on Walmart & Amazon. Oh & he won’t let you cancel your orders unless you pay a restocking fee on items he doesn’t even have in stock in the first place! EDIT! I get NOTHING out of lying sir! I was not made aware of the “manufacture shipping” you yourself told me you guys had to pick it up from a warehouse. Good luck with everything & just be honest with people.

They are very simple people easy to talk to and I got approved in 30 minutes they have very nice furniture and they r just awesome i give 10 stars plus the manager Tyler t was soooooo sweet her very intelligent and works hard to help me thank u so much
