Loud. Small table.not enough room for appetizers to sit in the middle for sharing. Someone had to have it in front of them and pass around the table to others to enjoy (?). Cioppino bland not on the spicy side as described by our waiter. Entrée’s came out while still eating our salads. Not enough room for both. Had to have the salad boxed. No room for the to go container so it sat on the wine cooler. Steaks smothered in sauce. What are they trying to disguise? Service fragmented. Attentive or ignored. Instead of asking who brought wine to figure out which couple to charge the $20 corkage it was dumped on our bill. Who charges for a basket of bread? Won’t be back.

I've eaten it whole runs many times, it is hands down my favorite place to go, and it has arguably the best ribeye steak in Ventura county, and maybe even better than that! It was certainly perfect tonight!

We all loved it. Party of 8 and we all had good food. Drinks were good and the service was good but lacked a little enthusiasm.

The tuna trataré had more raw onions and cilantro than tuna. Stay away from it. We ordered the Macadamia Criusted Halibut and the Blackened one and both were really bad. Extra salty and acid.

Charles and James take care of the bar and the food is fantastic. Don't miss out on happy hour 4-6pm

This place never fails to make my taste buds orgasim. If you like steak or seafood everything is good. I reccomend the calamari and all the beef.but the rosemary blue cheese sauce will change your life I gaurantee it.

How are these reviews legit? I am so disappointed because that is what motived us to come. The steak was flavorless and was drowning in sauce. The steak was properly cooked to my liking and I don’t take issue with that but damn who missed the flavor train? My fiancé had the lamb chops and again they are drowning in sauce. The meat wasn’t flavorful as well. The baked potato was bland. Our apple salad was delicious but who puts cooked mushy apples on a fresh salad? It was like eating cafeteria food where their clientele is old geriatric people. Do people really wake up living flavorless lives? My god. Their saving grace is the waitstaff. They’re extremely attentive and they do go out of their way to stay on top of our experience.

First time here. Great Place.quiet. Waitress was awesome. Appetizers were amazing, The Caprese Salad (first time trying it) was awesome. I had the cowboy steak, it was just ok for me, but I tried the beef Wellington that my wife ordered, WOW. So Good. Definitely will go back, OH and whiskey sour was perfect. I recommend.

Food not great. Service meh. I suppose the waiters are just bored with having to wear masks all the time so cant really blame them.
Not worth spending several hundred bucks for mediocre food and service.
Macadamia nut crusted halibut was bad, very "fishy" and greasy.
Scalloped potatoes ok.
Twice baked potato very good.
2 stars for the smores that were interesting and the only good thing.

Went to celebrate my wife's birthday and waitress was exceptional. Food was great and got complementary piece of Cheesecake for birthday. Highly recommend it. Ordered sirloin and shrimp special on Tuesday, normally $50 was only $29!

Fantastic experience, with a terrific server. Food was wonderful. Highly recommend the parmasan risotto.

Everything we ordered was delicious. The Pan Seared Salmon and Bacon Wrapped Shrimp were my favorite. Great service. Reservations recommended.

Wednesday's they offer a prime rib special. Excellent and go early because they can run out. Excellent service!

Absolutely beyond my expectations! Our server was Steven and he was excellent. He suggested the wine to go with a meal and it was a perfect pairing. The food is delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant. You can eat indoors or outside with covered dining.
